The attention to customer service is absolutely outstanding. The entire area is clean, extremely well maintained, and the staff is amazing. This is a resort you do get what you paid for and that is why you go to Seven Stars!

To say that this hotel is 5 starts is an understatement. My husband and I stayed for our anniversary, and it was absolutely spectacular. The property is well-manicured and the views are breathtaking. Our suite was the best we’ve stayed in. The food was delicious and plentiful. So many options were available and all equally delicious. The breakfast is unbelievable everyday and complimentary. Saving the best for last - the service & staff!!!! Everyone caters to you and goes out of their way to see what you need, ask how your day has been, and ensure your happiness. A special shoutout to Charles by the pool, Caroline at the restaurant and Lila by the beach. These are just three of many people who deserve SEVEN stars at this resort!!!!! I am reaching out in hopes that this post will influence your company to refund money that was paid to you for a room that was canceled by you. Our family of five was part of the distressed AA flight 879 that was delayed overnight on March 23. I booked the room while on the airlplane waiting to deplane when our flight was delayed because of crew timing out. When we got off the plane, my husband called your front desk and confirmed the reservation. We spent $100 on taxi to your hotel, you held our bags for us while we went to eat at your restaurant before it closed. When we finished dinner, went to get room assignment and you told us your actually didn't have a room. We took another $100 taxi to Sommerset where we ended up getting a room. I called Wednesday after we finally got back home and spoke to your reservations department which confirmed in fact we did not stay with you and the room had been canceled by you. Expedia still has not been able to get you to give back our almost $2400 for one night. Apparently your company is giving them a hard time. Please resolve this.

Impeccably manicured property. Washer and dryer in our room could be updated but other than that the room and view was absolutely beautiful. Staff was friendly, kind and attentive. The pool and surrounding grounds are immaculate. We will be returning next year:) highly recommend.

This is the third property I have stayed in Turks and Caicos and was my favorite. It is clean and relaxing and the location is the best on Grace Bay. Each night we walked to a different restaurant off property for dinner. And it is even walkable to urgent care if you need to go there! Don’t miss the taco hut for lunch which is a walk down the beach to the right at the Grace Bay club. The tuna tostada taco is amazing!

Staying on the water side of Building 1 puts you close to the evening entertainment at the Deck restaurant which went on too long and was not very good on two evenings.

This was our second trip to Seven Stars (last one was 2015.) and it was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful way to start out the day. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. 1 minor issue on the cleanliness was finding someone's contact lens on the shower wall. Everything else was wonderful.

Seven Stars is a fabulous luxury resort centered on Grace Bay beach. The rooms are immaculate and well-appointed with kitchenettes. The staff provides accommodating customer service and the resort - beach, lounges, pools, spa is off the charts amazing. It is quiet and low-key, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The food at Seven, the premier restaurant onsite, has the highest quality delicious gourmet food and desserts imaginable. This was our 2nd time at Seven Stars and we cannot wait to return.

Adult family of 5 spent a week at Seven Stars in December. My feedback: - The resort was fantastic. Clean, relaxing, great location. - We had a 3 bedroom suite that was awesome. - Every single SS staff member was pleasant. Not one negative thing to say. - We paid for an OceanFront room but were on the 1st floor so we didn't have much of an ocean view. However, we were right next to the pool. Easy access to the beach. No elevators required. So it worked out. But be aware of the OceanFront booking if you want to look out of your room and see the beach. - We went to all 4 of the resort restaurants. Different ambience and different menus but all of them had exceptional service and food. - The small convenience store on site was, well, convenient. - There is a grocery store about 10 minute walk from the resort that had everything. Beware they don’t sell alcohol on Sundays in the grocery store. The onsite convenience store allowed us to work around this situation. - The area outside of the resort has nice shops and appeared to be very safe. We even walked the 1 miles from the Royal Turks Golf Club back to the resort and never had a concern. - Would recommend the FastTrack arriving into T&C. It was a Saturday and we probably saved 2 hours not having to stand in customs\immigration lines. Didn’t save us much time departing though. - We highly recommend Seven Stars and expect that we will return. It can be pricey but we found it worth the cost.

Perfect location right at Grace Bay. Amazing beach and very walkable (beach and area around the hotel). Hotel is a little older but clean, very large rooms and amazing/attentive staff. The only downside is that the food is very bland. For the prices I would expect more taste in this area. We would definitely consider staying here if we came back to TCI but would probably try Ritz or somewhere else.
