Property Amenities
In addition to an idyllic sugar-sand beach, Sands at Grace Bay features a 75-foot freeform pool, a circular children's pool, and two freeform pools connected by two channels that wind through the gardens. Treatments including seaweed, mud, and water-lily wraps, as well as waxing and nail care, are available in a massage room. A hospitality lounge includes complimentary wireless Internet access and a computer with complimentary high-speed Internet access. Complimentary supervised children's activities are offered in winter.

This Sands at Grace Bay offers 120 suites (all non-smoking) in six three-story buildings (no elevators). Suites include screened balconies or ground-floor verandas, fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, washer/dryers, and ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning. Televisions offer U.S. cable channels. Decor features white-tile floors trimmed with red marble, area rugs, crown molding, and a combination of light-wood, rattan, and Indonesian-style furniture—the latter formed of rosy wood dowels set in geometric patterns with wrought-iron hardware. All suites offer air conditioning, ceiling fans, turndown service, and complimentary bottled water.

Dining
Hemingway's - Casual, open-air beachfront restaurant/bar. Seating under wooden roof, on patio, and at umbrella tables on wooden deck with sweeping ocean and sunset views. Tiki torches and oil lanterns at night. Caribbean barbecue with live music Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Breakfast choices include Eggs Benedict, Cuban-Style Huevos Rancheros, Toasted-Almond Pancakes. Lunch choices include conch chowder, conch fritters, conch salad, mango-shrimp salad, fish and chips, burgers, sandwiches, fried ice cream. Dinners choices include crab cakes, rack of lamb, Plantain-Crusted Mahi Mahi, Penne with Shrimp, Grilled-Chicken Curry, steaks, nightly specials.
Recreation
This resort is located along an unbroken seven-mile beach on the Atlantic Ocean. A 75-foot freeform pool and an 18-foot-diameter children's pool are situated above the beach. Two 40-foot-long, freeform pools are connected by twin 80-foot channels that meander through dense gardens. A spa tub is secluded in the garden courtyard. Cushioned lounge chairs flank pools.
Use of Hobie Cat sailboats, kayaks, snorkeling gear, and bicycles is complimentary, as is use of a lighted tennis court. An independent water-sports operator offers reef and wreck scuba-diving and snorkeling excursions, scuba-diving lessons and certification classes, parasailing, and deep-sea, bone-fishing, and bottom-fishing trips. Provo Golf Club, an 18-hole championship layout, is two miles east. An 18-hole miniature golf course is adjacent to the golf club.

“paradise found”
Absolutely perfect. Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, close to shops, beautiful gardens. Would love to go back, for longer next time!
“"Heaven on Earth"”
One word to describe Sands at Grace Bay. "Unbelievable". Every amenity at your fingertips (free bicycle rental, tennis courts, 3 pools with a lazy river, fully equipped gym, access to onsite computers and spa services. Should I go on and on.....This resort is the place to be, not to mention that Hemmingways (onsite restaurant) has the best food in Grace Bay at reasonable prices !!!

AWSOME beaches and weather, 1st week in August 2010. Spotless condo, beautiful grounds, very helpful staff, UNGODLY expensive- more than Hawaii.
“Paradise Found”
The Sands Resort exceeded our expectations in every category. The location on Graceway BAy was, of course, superb and it was wonderful to gaze out upon the azure and turquoise waters as well as the blindingly white sand. The facility is impeccably maintained both in the public areas and the suites. Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful in every regard. The Sands, like Turks and Caicos, is truly Beautiful By Nature.
“Would go back anytime”
Before choosing the Sands, we read many reviews, which were mostly all positive. We have to agree with them. We loved it! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues with the room, and they were handled quickly. The location was excellent because it was in walking distance to several other restaurants, a wonderful snorkeling spot, and several small shops. The Sands was in the process of remodeling all the units. We saw one of the remodeled units and it was fantastic! Our room was nice and comfortable but not extravagant. If you are looking for night life, then go somewhere else. If you are looking for some place to wait on you hand and foot - then go somewhere else. If you are looking for an island with great shopping opportunities - then go some place else. If you are looking for a relaxing trip at a nice, clean, friendly, comfortable location - then go to the Sands. The beach sand was the most amazing ever!! Plus, an added bonus was that the other guests were friendly too.
“Very good. Great value”
Everything was great except we had no AC in our room. They tried to fix it, but could not. They offered to put us in new room. Very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sands. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The grounds are really clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and we had a nice view of the ocean.
“Looking forward to our next trip to the Sands”
We had a wonderful time at the Sands. The staff was very accomodating. When we arrived at our room, we noticed the screens were missing which were damaged from Hurricane Ike. Within minutes maintenance was there and promised to repair them quickly. The next morning, the screens had been replaced. The resort is beautiful with the most beautiful stretch of beach on Grace Bay. We can't wait to go back next year.
“wonderful time at the Sands”
we stayed at the Sands at Grace Bay June 2-10, 2006 one bedroom gardenview. Very pleased with hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. Full kitchen with all supplies including blender and toaster. Great screened porch with furniture. Staff was very friendly, maid service was very good. Pools clean, gardens beautiful and well kept. short walk to ocean, plenty of palapas and towels, beach not at all crowded. Food at Hemingway's was very good and reasonably priced for the island. pillowtop bed was excellent! Water was good, no problems with drinking the water or using the ice. excellent half-day tour with JB tours (booked at the Sands).
