“Piece of Paradise”
The resort is walking distance to everything we needed. Our room had a large screened in deck surrounded by beautiful foilage, very private. The room was equipped with a kitchenette, so we were able to enjoy a few meals on our deck.
“Great Trip”
everything was great about this trip. food,rooms,beach and pool. everyone was very friendly and courteous. only negative could be that they advertise oceanfront but they did not have any. still a great place to stay.
“We loved it, heard others complain”
We had a jr. suite on the 3rd floor and were thoroughly satisfied, but on check out we ran into a couple who had a first floor suite who were most unhappy, said theirs was full of mold. They had been moved once and said the 2nd suite was also moldy.
“Terrific spot and value”
The ocean view was fantastic. Had a one bedroom suite w/ king sized bed. The place was beautiful and had all the amenties. The pool was wonderful! We used the free bikes to ride to the Grace Gourmet grocery store and bought breakfast and lunch foods. Prices are very expensive-but better than eating out each meal. Then ate out each night at different restaurants in town. Rented a car one day and drove around the island. Visit "da Conch Shack", it's a fun experience. Snorkeling was excellent, Conch Farm tour was worth the drive. Minimal shopping available - bring a book and sunscreen and enjoy the beautiful beach. Would love to go back.

We were looking for a relaxed, informal, beachy-vibe resort and Ocean Club West was perfect! Very kid-friendly with nice couples and families at the resort. Never felt crowded - there's a a comfortable amount of property around the pools, breach, restaurant, etc.in relation to the number of rooms. Great location directly on Grace Bay, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The outdoor restaurant was great for lunch, drinks and dinner. Nicely appointed/furnished rooms with full kitchen (utensils, appliances, etc.), washer/dryer, convertible sofa, screened porches, etc. plus outdoor BBQs. Big meandering pool, well-maintained tennis courts, bikes, pretty native landscaping... All for a very competitive price. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommend!
“great hotel”
We had a great time. The front desk staff was at times rude. Would reccomend renting a car. TIKI HUT was the worst service I have every had in my whole lfe. Pizza pizza was good and Jimmy's dive bar was good. I would go back again and would stay at OCW again.

This was a great place for the price at a location that really can't be beat. 4 adults (2 couples) comfortably stayed in a 2 BR suite. Would go back in a minute!
“Good value; good choice on Grace Bay”
Grace Bay Beach is gorgeous, and there are an increasing number of condo/hotel developments along the beach. Some are very opulent; some more basic. There are also very large all-inclusive resorts at either end (Club Med to the east; Beaches to the west). Ocean Club West was a terrific compromise. It's well located in the middle of the beach, with plenty of space. The accommodation was great: we had a large 1 BR apartment, with 1.5 baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, big screen TV, etc. There were screen porches front and back so you could open up the doors and let the wind blow through without any fear of bugs. We never even used the a/c. The resort is not overly fancy: low rise, 3 story buildings, with a modest pool and a simple restaurant, but we found it very comfortable, and better value than much of the competition. Great family vacation spot. When we were there, OCW was busier than many other hotels on the beach, but not too crowded; mostly a low key crowd. We loved it.
