Breakfast buffet was the best as well as the nice in-the-pool bar. The high end restaurant on-site did not have friendly management staff and was passed on.

last night of stay, assigned personal concierge comes knocking on our door 9 pm unannounced to bring us copy of bill for noon checkout next day.Very poor timing for business not necessary at that hour.

The staff at Grace Bay Club are AMAZING!! Just to name a few; Franklyn, Tiffany, Sinola, Gregory,Chris, Amado, Everett, the entire crew at the spa, the beach crew,the bartenders,etc,etc,etc.They bend over backwards to make sure your stay is truly relaxing. It is very clean, the beach is amazing, the food is awesome, there isn't one thing for me to complain about!! I HIGHLY recommend Grace Bay Club!!

Fantastic property and people.
The Grace Bay club is absolutely amazing in every way. The Location is on the most beautiful beach in the world. The people make you feel welcome, and are attentive to your needs. Wonderful vacation.

Grace Bay Club Rocks!
This is Celeste, Denise's pal writing this review... It was a fabulous trip! Loved the Grace Bay Club property, and will definitely return. The front desk, restaurant and housekeeping services were excellent! However, the Beach service and attitude of the Beach attendants needs work, with exception of Just Tacos! We loved "Garth" and his staff. Also "Sonny" in the breakfast restaurant was wonderful! Super attentive and always pleasant. He went out of his way to make our breakfast something to look forward to every day!! Our butlers Fitzroy and Austin were very good, but sad they didn't make an effort to say goodbye. Lastly, just loved our classy and beautiful cheese board and champagne. Just wished we had it "earlier" in our stay so we could enjoy it. Thank you for making our annual Bestie girlfriend's trip so special!

perfect trip.
Amazing couples trip. Excellent service at the beach and at the restaurants. Infinity the restaurant was unbelievable. The beach is clean and beautiful. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The concierge service is awesome. My only complaint would be that the cocktails aren’t that great and they’re $16 apiece. Other than that just a perfect trip.

Upon arrival to the property, the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The concierge (Kim) set me up immediately on what’s app to ensure all my questions and wants were taken care of. Our room was perfect and the food at all the restaurants were great and they offered a variety ensuring you didn’t have to leave the property unless you wanted to. All of our waiters/waitresses went above and beyond when taking care of us especially on my birthday/anniversary dinner night. (Thank you Winston) We will definitely be going back soon. It was so refreshing as everyone was nice, kind and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Gorgeous resort!

Can’t beat the Beautiful beach front and unobstructed ocean views! Infinity bar lounge and restaurant was fantastic, great nightly atmosphere with live music. Comfy lounge chairs on the beach. Great drinks and food. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, at a lot of resorts run low during peak times. Staff where friendly enough, concierge helpful however throughout the resort my expectation would have been to have the same consistent customer service for the price point. Some servers in the restaurants where just not interested and did the bare minimum. Overall a great vacation experience. I would be interested in visiting the other 2 sister resorts of Grace Bay Club next time. Shore Club and the new Rock house location.

Grace Bay Club provided “extras” that surprised us like free afternoon snacks, a fantastic breakfast that is included and super easy Covid testing. The hotel general manager showed up at breakfast to greet guests - impressive. The hotel is walkable to the town shopping which is a big plus. Andy

We loved it here ! Gorgeous white sand beach, turquoise water, friendly and attentive staff. The exterior show some wear and tear but only mildly so. Our room ( actually one bedroom suite) was beautifully appointed , modern and clean and steps from the adult pool and beach. Beach staff was very friendly and helpful and many water sports and breakfast was included in the cost of the stay. Would absolutely return.

We were blown away by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. The villa in which we stayed was simply beautiful. It had all the amenities you could want in a home and in its beach toys to use steps away from the door.

Room was nice & clean, beach service prompt and concierge available via text super helpful with reservations. Bring cash for tips and taxis. On site COVID tests 5 minutes and easy. Breakfast was included for us, it’s a buffet.

6th time to island, 1st time at Grace Bay Club. The property is beautiful. The room was decorated beautiful. If you’re trying to decide between the Ritz and Grace Bay Club, I recommend this hotel. Grace Bay Club caters to their guests, they have a truly Caribbean vibe, lush gardens, and the beachfront is the most stunning here. It’s the widest, white sand beach on the entire bay. The beach I front of the Ritz is much smaller.

Stole my $3500 deposit; STAY AWAY
Great room, TERRIBLE service. The hotel has refused to apply a $3500 deposit to our bill of over $11,000 or refund the deposit. They have also failed to call me back after repeated inquiries and don't seem to have any idea I even placed a deposit. We actually took the trip because they would not refund the deposit due to omicron concerns, and they totally misrepresented how many positive tests they have had. Now they want to keep the deposit! Amazingly poor service and management. We had stayed multiple time at Grace Bay resorts; will never return.

Beautiful beach and friendly staff. Didn’t like Expedia insurance. I was told it covered both my husband and myself but they wouldn’t list my husbands name on the policy. Couldn’t use it for the TCI requirements. Had to buy another policy. Was shuffled around between the insurance company and Expedia both blaming each other. Waste of 300.00.
