“A Wonderful 25th!!”
My husband and I spent our 25th Wedding Anniversary at the Grace Bay Club and we could not have gone to a better place!! Our comfort was priority to everyone we came in contact with - especially our personal concierges - Julio and Marvin. They could not do enough for us. We will hopefully be back one day.
“Grace Bay Club: Excellent Hotel”
We stayed at Grace Bay Club for our honeymoon. We were most impressed by the property grounds/facilities, the gourmet restaurants and overall service. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite at the Villas from a junior suite. The room was really a "home" away from home with a feel of a luxury condominium. Outsanding accomodations to say the least. We are both picky eaters but every meal we had between the 4 on-site restaurants was excellent. Their jerk-chicken dishes are mouth-watering and their food and beverage staff is amazing. We had the pleasure of meeting the hotel's general manager, the director of food and beverage and the executive chef. They were all very down to earth and we were most impressed by their welcoming, positive attitude which can also be said about the entire staff. The personal concierge service was a welcome suprise. Grace bay is a beachfront property that is located on a strip along Grace Bay Beach that may be unmatched by any other strip along the same beach. The sunset is amazing from the Infiniti Bar.The hotel is also conveniently located so its a quick walk/short taxi ride to shopping, watersports, other hotels and restaurants. There was an incorrect charge on our bill at the end o the stay which was rectified so do check your final totals for accuracy. Overall, the hotel was great, complimented by a staff that is always ready to cater to your needs and food that can't be beat. Stay here and you won't be dissapointed.
“Sandy Beaches within 3 hours direct flight from NY”
I was a bit disappointed in the ocean view as our hotel room located on the second floor was obstructed by the restaurants. Additionally, quite a bit of noise emanates from these facilities until about 10 p.m. This is not a tranquil spot although it is beautiful. The hotel staff are eager to please and everyone greets you with a smile and a hello. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a variety of items for any traveler. The restaurants were friendly and the food was excellent. The room we booked was a one bedroom suite which would not have been adequate for three people as the living room did not have a rollout bed and would have required an additional bed. The hotel gave us an additional room which made our stay very pleasant indeed. The hotel manager and assistant manager were always seeking feedback from guests. Minor annoyances include shortages of toilet paper and toiletries which are provided when you inquire about them. The maids clean the rooms quickly and expertly and the turndown service was reliable and expert leaving the room tidy and ready for bed. I was impressed with Evan the water sports manager. He was very interested in the quality of the experience as well as the safety of guests. It did appear the resort needs more life jackets to supply both the boarding, sailing, and other boating activities. At one point the desk was stormed by guests who needed these items and he quickly was out of life jackets. I would stick to the hotel supplied water sports.
“Grace Bay Club - MM”
The hotel was very nice and on a beautiful beach. It was very clean, and the staff was obviously well trained. They were very accommodating. If I had any complaint, it was that our room directly faced the kitchen, and we heard a lot of early morning noise. If you go to the Grace Bay Club (and I would highly recommend it), make sure that your room is NOT in Building "C".
