“Best caribbean trip”

I have been to bunch of Caribbean islands before but this trip was better than all. It was our third year anniversary and after a heavy research online, I chose Gansevoort for our trip to TCI. What a great choice it was. The hotel was fabolous, the rooms were very large and the service was impeccable. The beach is amazing, though the beach at other hotels might be better because of the grass. However, don't think as a bad thing as you don't need to go that far in the water. Bagatelle restaurant was OK and we only dined there once but the concierge was very helpful in recommending us restaurants on the island. We rented a scooter for a day, which was the best part of the trip as we did try all the small beaches on the island, sometimes by going through an empty land or someone else's house. The pool at the hotel was beautiful as well. We did go to the spa for a couple massage and it was OK. Overall, the hotel and the trip was awesome from the first moment that we entered till we left the island. I highly recommend Gansevoort if you are looking for a getaway from the city and looking for great service in a boutique hotel environment.

WOW!!!! The pictures you see are spot on. What an amazing Resort. We usally don't return to a Resort as ther are so many other places to see but we will definatly be back to the Ganesvoort. This place does not miss a beat. Our suite was absolutly to die for. Could not ask for anything more in a Resort. If you like being catered to in every way possible....this is the place.

“Amazing resort, top notch service!”

I cannot say enough about this resort! The ganesvoort exceeded my husband and I's expectations! We stayed there June 27th- July 1st for our anniversary and were completely satisfied and pampered to the max! I did a whole lot of research before we booked (2 months worth of research) and felt that the Ganesvoort suited our the style the best, and wow were we right!! Turks and Caicos is the most beautiful island we have visited so far! (we've been to hawaii, dominican, mexico, many of the U.S virgin islands) and this tops them all! i have to admit our resort made it all the more amazing! First off, you must ask for Chermane, she is one of the managers and is amazing!!! she helped us out SO much! from getting a phone for us to upgrading our room!! Our room was unreal! so modern and clean! the beds were amazingly comfortable! our ocean front room was spectacular! The pool area was so peaceful and tranquil! the pool service was amazing! they wont let you lift a finger! i mean it! same goes for the beach service, they're ready with towels and chairs as soon as you step on the beach! J.R was the best! the food on the island is expensive, that did'nt bother us, because we were prepared! there are almost 50 restaurants in the surrounding area, so you have a lot of variety! we loved Bagetelle! which was our restaurant! we ate at hemingways too, which was great! and you MUST go to Magnolias! gorgeous setting! All and all it was the trip of a lifetime and i would definitely go back!

The staff was excellent at every level. We loved Providenciales and definitely plan to go back. There is no question we will stay at the Gansevoort on our next trip.

“Amazing Hotel and Accomodations; Highly Recommend, Worth the $”

Turks & Caicos is perfect for a relaxing, pampering, peaceful & tranquil vacation. My bf and I (in our early 30's) are typically more activity oriented and high energy, so we knew moving forward this island was not going to be South Beach. Initially, we were concerned with the star ratings of all the hotels on the island, but this hotel was amazing from its staff, concierge service, & the room had everything & more with a breathtaking view of the ocean. We were always the last guests in @ night and the staff even allowed us bottle service at the pool @ 1 am. The overall pampering style of the hotel was amazing and met our expectations. First we were concerned because the bar located closer to the ocean was unfriendly..but not the case everywhere else! The water was an amazing bright turquoise color and absolutely beautiful, in comparison to the other islands, I now understand why it has been listed as the Top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World! Even during a hurricane (traveled 11/2010), which was later downgraded to a Tropical Storm, the experience was unreal and the hotel made our stay wonderful with hotel preparations, dinner reservations, excellent recommendations, and a fab party to celebrate the upcoming "Tropical Storm" awesome!! We loved the outstanding customer service style of the staff & the chic atmosphere of this boutique hotel. This hotel's design is modern & similar style to its NYC counterpart;expensive, but worth the money. Modern hotel but romantic...

“Fabulous and fantastic!”

From check in to check out everything was amazing. Fantastic accomodations ( One bed oceanview suite) , luv the bathtub! Perfect quiet beach with pure white sand and crystal clear water. Stayed last week in October, couldn't have timed it better. Quiet, relaxing, and very romantic. Pool was beautiful, nice jacuzzi. Felt like we had the resort to ourselves. Can't wait to plan another trip back, but next time for a longer stay. Maybe for a honeymoon : )

“So relaxing!”

I just returned from a week at the Gansevoort and had a great time. Our room was overlooking the pool and was perfect. We had dinner at Bagatelle 2 nights and the food is good but way overpriced. I also got a few appetizers at the beach bar and the potions are very small- an order of sliders includes only 2, $6.50 to add 4 shrimp to a salad, and 6 wings per order. The grocery store is 5 mins away so we ended up getting some snacks for the room there. The staff was nice but I feel like you only got good service by the pool/beach if you tipped well. Turks was amazing and will definitely return! Despite my minor complaints I would stay here again for sure!

“It was really difficult to go home....”

The character max prevents me from really expressing how much I truly ADORED my vacation. Turks & Caicos and the Hotel Gansevoort are THE perfect combination if what you crave is exceptional service from a courteous, friendly staff; relaxation in outstanding accommodations; and a fabulous vacation! I can't count how many times I overheard other hotel visitors exclaiming, "This is just paradise!" I know that that sentiment passed my lips quite a few times, from the moment I arrived to our first meal and then, every day after that. I've never experienced a staff that was so attuned to everyone's needs and desires -- I really felt as if I were royalty and nothing that I asked for was too much. The ability to remember each visitor's name, so that a personal greeting was given whenever one encountered any staff member was a special touch (and, quite impressive. Think about it, people were arriving and departing daily!) I almost do not want to say too many wonderful things about the G, because the selfish side of me wants to keep it for myself and the other lucky folks that happen upon it...but excellence and the Gansevoort's reputation prevails! If you're going to spend your hard-earned cash, you're focused on pampering yourself and recharging for the other 352 days in the year, then this is the vacation for you! I'm sure I'll see you there because this is one vacation that must be repeated...again and again!

“If you're looking for a chic, personable, relaxing vacation, this is the place to go!”

This hotel is absolutely the best. The staff (including the owners and managers) were ALL extremely personable and accommodating! Every detail was above and beyond our expectations, from the flatware in our suite to the room furnishings... everything top notch. No expense was spared. The Concierge Jean Francois was the best. The restaurant manager, Steven was superb and the beach bar cocktails were definitely worth every penny! We will absolutely return to the Gansevoort the next time we are in Provo!

“Wonderful getaway!”

My husband and I just spend four nights at the Gansevoort TC for our Anniversary. It could not have been nicer. Complimentary champagne in our lovely room. Frete sheets, beautifully appointed, comfortable and clean, amazing view over the spectacular pool out onto the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The spa was lovely - all of the services were good, easy to make and change reservations. Bagatelle restaurant was delicious for breakfast and fantastic for dinner. Lunch menu was fine, although we went off property once for a change of pace. The beach is gorgeous....perfect white sand. It is a great spot for couple or singles...would not recommend for families or older folks, necessarily, as it is kind of hip and trendy. That said, it was perfection for us and we would highly recommend.
