Good Evening Maribel, As part of our deep cleaning standards, our rugs are professionally cleaned on a quarterly basis. In an effort to maintain our award winning status we also clean our carpets regularly with a heat treatment carpet extractor. I will be in contact with the bridesmaids as well. For more insight on our strict housekeeping standards all of our rooms to their entirety are inspected, 3 times per day. Our housekeepers do an inspection upon cleaning, our team inspects our rooms upon check out daily and right before guest check in daily. Our rooms are inspected by myself and my executive housekeeper. We take pride in the work we do to house our guests. We welcome the feedback submitted.
