The staff was very nice, welcoming, professional - and would say are the big plus of why to choose this hotel. The breakfast buffet has an impressive wide and fresh selection - another big plus. On the other hand, the hotel looks very tired - from dirty walls, damaged carpets, dark halls and broken pool chairs - the property owners maybe should spend some money on that instead of the luxury cars parked there...

It's really important to know that this hotel is really remote: 9 miles to Carthage, and 18 to the Avenue de France (downtown). If you're there in the summer for the beach this might be fine, but it's a long taxi ride to any of the other sights. There's also no place to eat nearby except for the hotel restaurants.

Everything was average. The same food and drinks were different from one day to another. Service was inconsistent. Some of the waiters and waitresses were rude. I forgot three rings and a bracelet at the spa and it disappears and the staff didn’t help to find it. The rooms are spacious, but shower, lights, drawer were broken. And everything was really humid overall. Only the activities at the beach with Kader were good

I liked the front desk personel; he was very nice and helpful in every way. I didnt like the quality of the room furniture and setting given this is a 5 star hotel. If i have to rate the room, i give it 3 star.

I only stayed for one night but liked that there was a free shuttle from the airport and the hotel was a lot nicer than others I had stayed in previously for the same cost.

The hotel is out dated and smoking will be found everywhere. There will always be a haggel to get a suitable room that doesn’t reek of disgusting smoke.

To be honest with you, I do not think the real classification of this hotel is 5 stars hotel as mentioned in your website, because of so many things The restaurant buffet is very poor Cleanness should be better, especially for balcony I have suffered a lot from smoking smell in the lobby, it should be specific area for smoking and also non smoking rooms A lot of maintenance are in need especially for plumber, so there was leakage in water in bathroom which is unacceptable, and also a lot of damage were in furnitrure Again to be honest, the reception staff are very kind and helpful, I thank them in deep Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

The staff kindness make it a pleasant stay
The hotel is a little bit old, the pool and beach are amazing. The staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. They have also guest relation manager to take of all your request and resolve it on spot

Very very far from the city. Old hotel. Bad staff
Check in was so terrible. Staff is not helpful. Very bad experience. Windows are very small so the room don't get enough light. All floors don't have sea view except the top two floors with the second to top getting very limited sea view. Evening employee of lounge was very mean. I will not stay in this hotel again in my life.

Very disappointed about the hotel, it was very very bad. I had to change rooms on a number of occasions. On the first night I had absolutely no sleep due to the vermin scratching above, they have a rat infestation in the hotel mostly vermin are trapped in the air con system and living in your room above a ceiling panel. All in all not a very hygienic environment, hotel seen better days, very dated. If possible I would like to get a refund.

Stayed at this hotel a fiew times the rooms are nice service is Average at best. The Thai restaurant used to be good but last week was not that great, maybe an off day. Taxi drivers outside this hotel are terrible I would suggest to get a number of a good driver and always use him even if it means paying fair for him to come to the hotel to take you elsewhere as an honest taxi driver it will still cost you less than the ones waiting outside this hotel.

Expedia Clients
We booked with Expedia so didn't have any representatives. The transfer to the hotel could have been arranged but we were not informed that we were entitled to it and so ended up having to look for a taxi. Also the flights were booked with Alitalia which meant huge delays and lost baggages. The only two restaurants available at the time offered very beautiful menu but the Thai restaurant has better service. The staff there were really great and professional. The Tunisian restaurant was ok but the staff were not so good. The hotel in general was great but it lacked live entertainment (loud or quiet) and the only attempt to entertain in the bar for instance was to put a fashion show on TV all day long! The beach was ok but the gates were locked by 7 or 8 and so when we tried to walk for a bit after our evening meal we found that we're imprisoned inside our pink castle for the night with not very much to do. In the end of our stay, the hotel kindly took us to the airport free off charge but forgot to mention that we needed to buy a stamp, which caused us a trouble.

Terrible service from check-In to Check-out. Very unfriendly staff, aggressive security when leaving and entering hotel. Rooms were not clean and hallway carpets need replacement. It is unfortunate that a hotel with such great location can be a bad experience, mostly due to bad mannerism. Do not recommend this to anyone, there are other good choices nearby.

The lobby decoration could be more impressive, other than that, the room was great clean and very comfy bed. The staff are very friendly n helpful, the spa was nice as well. The hotel cost was very reasonable . I would go back .

Quite disappointing
Stayed at this hotel for a weekend. Hotel and pool area are average, but the beach facilities were way under average. On Saturday to our surprise the hotel had no electricity for half a day, so one can imagine no a/c and it was around 38 c outside. And the bathroom/toilet were in pitch darkness during the day and thank goodness for the mobile light. The staff were always very helpful. The standard room is quite small and unfortunately not so clean, especially the fitted carpet was dirty. If stains could not be removed the carpet should have been changed in my opinion. This hotel should be a 4 star, but unfortunately we paid for a 5 star.

Bad management
This hotel's management wanted to force me to buy bottled water from their room service!!! which I found outrageous. They confiscated bottled water I bought from nearby Carrefour!!! I never saw such behavior in any hotel around the world. I will never go back to this hotel.
