Each of the hotel's 123 air conditions rooms and 5 suites are decorated and furnished in a light and airy, contemporary style with Italian paneling and stylish and comfortable furniture. First floor rooms access
the Terrace directly, the second and third floor rooms and suites have balconies with beautiful, arabesque wrought iron railings. Suites also benefit from crafted t eak furniture on spacious stoneware terrace as well as Italian wood paneling with marquetry.

“Great Hotel”
Amaizing hotel with a beatifull view of the lake. Very confortable rooms, great, quiet location, excelent gym with SPA and gourmet buffet breakfast. Will go back every time
“A room with a view?”
A beautiful hotel situated on the River Tunis with first rate ammenities- from an indoor swimming pool to a small but compact gym. Everything was perfect from a flower arrangement in the foyer to the exceedingly hot water in the bathroom.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Not only did we receive a new year card from the manager but I was suprised to get a birthday cake. These extra touches make you feel an individual not part of the crowd. Although situated in an up and coming part of Tunis- well away from the centre and from the hubhub of the city, this hotel has everthing you need for a relaxing holiday. For a great lake view you need a room 230 onwards as there is a building immediately on the lakeside infront of the hotel which blokes your view. The food was lovely- beautifully presented in a lovely room. There were a la carte restaurants with french cuisine. The cost of eating here was not expensive, so don't be afraid to order room service. A great short break hotel, a great business hotel and one which you will feel welcome from the moment you step in to the moment you leave.
“Tunis Hotel”
This was a fantastic hotel to stay in. It was a splurge for us and way more expensive than the resort hotels but it was definitely 5*. Very clean and friendly staff, the beds and pillows were so comfortable and if you have a lake views it makes it even more amazing. My only 2 issues with the hotel is the smoking in the lobby bar...its overwhelming and should not be permitted. The dinner buffet was $40 but not worth the money if I have to compare to some of the buffets in the resort towns its comparable, there's not more exciting and worth $40 on this buffet compared to what you get at the resorts. Its located close to the airport but we heard no planes so it was nice and quiet from that perspective. A taxi ride to the center can be anywehre from 5-8TDN depending on traffic.
“Hôtel Concorde Berges du Lac : top confort, business plus que tourisme”
Accueil, standing et confort parfait pour ce 5* situé dans le nouveau quartier des affaires des Berges du Lac, proche de l'aéroport, à mi-chemin entre Tunis Centre et les zones touristiques de La Marsa. A recommander pour des voyages d'affaires; le touriste restera, lui, sur sa faim car l'environnement est très citadin. Magnifique vue sur le lac, splendide espace spa avec piscine intérieure. Service attentionné et très gentil, comme souvent en Tunisie. Un seul bémol : la restauration sur place, correcte mais peu variée tant à la Brasserie qu'au buffet du petit déjeuner...mais le room service 24/24 pallie fort bien ce manque.

L'hotel est parfait, très propre et très bien entretenu. Décors parisien semblable aux grands hôtels parisiens. Le personnel très aimable et très serviable. Nous avons eu droit à une décoration spéciale voyage de noces sans supplément. La chambre est spacieuse et la vue est magnifique. A recommander

It's a good hotel - close to the airport, close to La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said and Carthage too. And it's certainly within striking distance to Tunis. They are a professional lot by and large. Some front deskers speak English; others not so much but they are very accommodating. Good spa too. I would return and highly recommend it.
“un excellent hotel”
tout est de très bon niveau , excepté la connexion internet en Wifi de faible debit (un pb avec l'opérateur semble-t-il) et des difficultés de connexion pour payer avec la carte de crédit... donc un peu de temps perdu pour un client professionnel dans un hotel de ce niveau. A ameliorer donc. pour le reste rien a dire, un hotel de grande qualité et du personnel très serviable.
“Hotel good, country not again”
First impressions, excellent, however, the air conditioning was not working in the rooms this was by design not a fault, we were told it was not connected so the rooms were very stuffy at night unless the balcony door was left open. We were also charged for breakfast when we had prepaid. Apart from this an excellent hotel as long as you do not mind locals smoking virtually everywhere. A word of morning about Tunisia in general, beware of threatening and greedy taxi drivers we were charged 45Dinars from airport to hotel when it should only have been 15 at most.

the hotel was good in general, some small cleanness issues was raised but the room was comfortable. I liked room service employee , they were extremely polite, kind and helpfull.
