“Will return.”
Great price and very nice rooms. Not the most scenic location, but I was not there for scenery. Staff was very polite and efficient.
“Hotel with an Old Feel”
After checking-in, we headed to our rooms. The smell of an old apartment building in the the middle of being updated was in the air. In the hotel's defense, they did say that due to all of the heavy storms they had some water damage on the main floor. There were several workers on the main floor using water vacs and doing odd and end repairs. They were very busy working on getting things back to normal. We used the elevator to get to our floor. It was very clean and well serviced. The smell had slightly continued up the floors, but had also changed some. This hotel is a pet friendly hotel. Due to that nature there was a wet dog smell in the hall way. Our room was very clean, well stocked and perfect for what we needed. Nice size room. The kitchen was large compared to other places. Enjoyed having a full size fridge. I will definitly recommend this hotel and use it again. My only caution will be the smell.

CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK--I will definitely recommend this hotel to all that travel to Tulsa on our conference esp us Islanders..love it ..before we sent delegates there, last trip in feb 2010..one of the reception staff @ Studio plus took her time to show us around 2 of the types of room..we were amazed and loved it.. thank you staff for your time...yes we are coming back
“ver adaquate-for the price”
While this hotel is not a 4-star place, it was very adaquate for our stay--considering what we paid. We stayed in a deluxe studio and it had a comfortable bed with clean sheets and a pull out couch. The furniture in the room was in good working order, however very dated. The bathroon could have been cleaner, but nothing to gross us out. It had a full kitchen--which would have been great for longer stays. The AC worked great and kept our room very cool during hot weather. The hallways were warm and musty smelling. The building didnt have a ice machine. Location was good--several nice eating places within walking distance.

Staff was great, room was comfortable, hotel is in a good location - lots of places to eat in walking distance, other guests were very quiet.

The rooms could use some updating but for the price the space and quality was pretty good! We would definitely stay here again!

Not outstanding but I was very satisified with this motel. Great location especially for dining. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.
“A two star max hotel”
An extended stay hotel means transients around the property so expect this. And make sure before you stay what in-room amenities are actuaity included, no free wireless internet, secure internet not available.
