Front desk staff do not wear masks during the pandemic. There is no information packet about how to use the apartment and amenities. Immediately, it was clear that the toilet was not working properly. There is no phone to call the desk. I went down and someone agree to come up a plunger, which worked. The thermostat was unworkable, so it went down to 62 or 67 during the night, which was very cold and dry, resulting in a sore throat. I finally went down to ask about it and was told they would contact the engineer. No one ever came to inspect it. (I was in the room all day and night). It took us two days to realize that there was, indeed, a silverware drawer, which had no handle, and looked just like the fake drawer facing in front of the sink and stove. The picture of the studio shows an oven, but there was no oven.
