The hotel lost my mail package I shipped there for an event. It has my name on it and it said it can’t cross reference my name on the reservation list so they shipped it back. The facility is a bit dated and breakfast is limited.

The package was shipped back because we received it about two weeks earlier and there was no reservation in our system under your name. So after it sat at our hotel for those two weeks, we had Amazon pick it back up. It wasn’t lost. Also if you will reach out to the hotel and let us know you have a package arriving we definitely would have held on to it for you.

The kitchen lady is AMAZING. Kind, and hardworking. Breakfast had so many options and the hotel was clean and quiet, despite having 2 big teams having to bunk there for events. Very impressed.

No key to room doing stay. had to have front desk person to let us in the room each time we exit room. The sofa was stain and the mattress that was in the couch was stain and no condition for anyone to sleep on.

Overall, it was fine and very spacious. The room was basically clean, but the mirror and bathroom counter were smeared like wiped with a rag that wasn't clean that left residue. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 people, so if you want to wrap your hair in one and yourself in another, you are out of luck. Shower spray and water pressure were great. But the shower only had a tiny ledge for soap, so your shampoo, razor, or whatever else you need has to sit on the floor. Would be nice to have a seat or something to set things on. It would likely be a challenge for anyone older that might have balance issues. The bed was comfortable, but had only a sheet and a very odd cover that looked like maybe it was a mattress pad? It only fit the dimensions of the top of the bed, did not extend down the sides. So, once in bed with 2 people, you don't have much for covers! Breakfast was limited and pretty bad. No fruit, the eggs were inedible. The staff was very nice and parking easy. It was quiet.

I was a little disappointed that we found food in our microwave and a fork by the sink. We also had no towels in our room upon checking in. Also was disappointed in the breakfast server. We were hurrying out of town and arrived at breakfast one minute before the “open breakfast”time and he was snappy with my kids……that it would open at 7:00. Yet he still didn’t have the breakfast out and ready to go at 7. Therefore we were not able to use the complementary breakfast.

Husband fell on their icy sidewalk; sprinklers running in below 32 degree weather. Dangerous conditions & management & owners did nothing for knee injuries or ripped clothing. On going pain and swelling and still open wound.

5 STAR STAY
Our room was amazing. Quiet. Very nice hotel. The breakfast was a game changer. Best breakfast we have had at any place we have stayed recently. We went for our anniversary and will be back for Valentines Day without question.

Homewood Suites in Broken Arrow was easy to locate. It was close to numerous quality restaurants and a multitude of shopping venues. The room was spacious and tidy. It was very nice to have kitchen facilities in the room, which included plates and glasses for our use.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with a lot of kids. Most everything was clean except for the pack n play they brought us - looked like it hadn’t been cleaned when we opened it. They said it was the only one so we just put a sheet on it, which worked fine for the night we stayed. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was fantastic - lots of great options. Would definitely stay here again!

Completely disorganized staff from top to bottom. Total confusion. Rooms weren't ready long after their posted check-in time. Ultimately we had to leave for a neighboring hotel to get ready for a wedding. Non-refundable should not apply when it's the hotel staff that causes the disruption.

Pleasant Experience
My family recently stated at Homewood Suites by Hilton in the Tulsa area, and we had a pleasant experience. Our suite was comfortable and clean, and we made good use of the kitchen. We also appreciated the daily breakfast that was served. The staff was also very accommodating.

The bed was hard as a rock and our backs hurt every morning. Was told all the mattresses were new and all the same so unable to change beds. Our fridge wasn’t keeping our drinks cold in the room and had to have maintenance exchange it for a new one. The eggs were cold and burnt at breakfast and the sausage was also cold. Not many options at breakfast for diabetics who can’t eat carbs.

Horrible!! Do not stay here!!
DO NOT STAY at this hotel especially if your a person of color. I felt very much discriminated against. I stayed for 5 nights and they charged me $250 for "damage" and "cleaning" when I asked they told me because of dirty towels and sheets. Which is just normal typical cleaning for a 5 night stay. The entire time I requested fresh towels which we never received until 11pm on the the night before we left. We requested housekeeping on the 19th and we're told that housekeeping had to be requested by 9am but they would squeeze us in. Then we were told to put the trash and towels outside the door which we did and they sat outside the door for almost 2 days Housekeeping never showed up even though when we left for the day they were 2 rooms down.  I stayed on the sheets for 5 Nights, the sheets were not any more dirty than what would be expected and certainly was not damaged. Customer service was horrible I had to call at least 3 times to get fresh towels so we used the same towels for 4 nights. I still have not received any proof of damage or extra cleaning. I am also hearing that I am being charged for damaged floors for a spot of yogurt on the floor. Hayley at front desk told me they have videos and pictures yet I have not received any thing. Every time i call staff tells me theres no manager on sight.I am requesting that my credit card be refunded immediately for the $250 charge.  I am also requesting copies of receipts and proof of anything "damaged" that is above normal

The hotel needs some repair. Has great potential but our toilet seat was broken and leaking. The couch smelled and it just didn’t look clean. They were full so that may be why. We used to like staying here

The room was not clean and not well takin care of for the price we had to pay. Will not stay there ever again. The pullout couch had dog hair and fecies under the couch. I had to buy a blowup mattress and sheets so my grandkids didn't have to sleep on the couch.

Very disappointed. My family and I are huge fans of Homewood hotels and have always recommended to families when traveling. This one did not live up to the name. I have asked twice for the missing sheets and blanket for our sofa bed and was told that it would be brought up. Eventually we purchased some elsewhere for my kids, stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was always a rush with not enough food and coffee ran out. The workers were nice but you can tell that there was no management. If I was the regional manager, definitely rent a few nights and you’ll see for yourself. When we go back to visit our family in Tulsa, definitely booking elsewhere. Again, very disappointing.

Our room was not ready at 4:00. When we came back to check in we were not given the suite we had reservations for and the thermostat said it was 80 even with it set at 60. We waited about 20 minutes to allow it to cool but it never did. We checked out with a full refund. Room was also very dingy and couch was very worn.

DO NOT STAY HERE! AWEFUL! The hallways reek of urine and our room smelled like weed! The dining area floor was filthy when we arrived at 6pm in the evening. Every window we looked out was filthy and the pool was cloudy with junk floating in it!

I called for an early check in and the guy said he would let housekeeping know since everyone had already checked out for the day (at noon) but was never notified so I showed up at 3pm to check in (normal check in time) but was informed my room wasn't ready and it would be another 40 mins. I was upset since our sleepover party started at 4pm but could tell the lady at the front desk didn't really care. After 45min I was told it still wasn't ready it would be another 20 mins. After many of us moms complaining because we had 6 kids that were getting burnt in the pool we finally got our room at 6pm. I was told the manager would contact me on Monday to compensate me for this issue but I still haven heard from him even though I reached out to him again on Tuesday. I guess tomorrow ill be calling for his boss's number.

Amazing morning lady!!
The place was nice but I would definitely stay there again just for the lady that does the food service in the morning!! She was the nicest lady and actually helped us with anything we needed!! She helped me bring my food to the table for my kiddos and got us syrup and silverware!!! I also left a pillow in the room after checking out and she walked me up to my room and let me grab it without any issues or argument!! She definitely needs a raise or something!! She is amazing!!!

Great location, when checked in was not told where best to park, how to get to the elevator, no luggage dollies were available, asked about being on the 1st floor as we have a dog but were not able to accommodate, pool area was dirty, no clean towels at the pool for over 24 hours. Hair clumps in the pool. Room was nice although 1 TV remote did not work. Breakfast staff was great and food good with good options. Workout area very lacking. Some weights and mats would be nice, maybe a bike.
