My husband and I stayed here in mid November for a small couple's getaway trip, and overall the stay was great. The front desk attendants were courteous, friendly, and able to address an issue upon check-in to our satisfaction. We booked the room through Expedia choosing a balcony specific room, however when we arrived the room we were given the first night was not a balcony suite. It was explained to us that third party booking sites often over-extend the actual rooms available at some hotels creating discrepancies such as the one we experienced. The front desk attendant was able to offer a discounted room rate, free breakfast buffet passes for our stay, free parking, and we were able to secure the balcony suite for the second night as compensation, which my husband and I found to be highly satisfactory. Every aspect of the property was neatly maintained/updated from the entryway, to the elevators, hallways, and rooms. There was a nice area downstairs where many snacks, drinks, ice cream, toiletry items, etc were sold. Also a Starbucks and bar area, which is always a huge plus. The location was wonderful, very close to the Woodland Hills Mall, Cheesecake Factory, Nordstrom Rack, etc. Overall we had a very lovely stay and plan to return for future trips to Tulsa! And will also be recommending to friends and family!
