The only thing is I wish the pillows were bigger. Did not seem they were even standard size. Also, we came back later. We asked for a blanket and never got a return call. I was cold. My husband was not. But the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful!

Our room was great! Everything was clean and un working order. The lobby was nice. A surprise in our stay was the breakfast and lunch buffet. The price was reasonable, and the team was hard-working, friendly, and excellent. Kudos to them. Our only disappointments were the location of our room (Rm 442 with a view of the roof) and the hot tub and pool (because we chose the hotel for that reason). Apparently, a pump had gone out, and we were told it wasn't repaired yet. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Front desk told us they gave away our room, front desk was understaffed and overwhelmed. The parking garage would not let you out and front desk would not answer the page to help. The refrigerator in our room was so loud and annoying, sleep was interrupted multiple times.

I don't mean to complain or bug. However, I tried to use the pool and jacuzzi amenities offered by Hilton, and the pool had been overrun by 25 kids (uncontrolled) and several adults and the jacuzzi and pool was cold that I was unable to use any of the amenities! When speaking to a guy I assume the maintenance employee, he stated that neither will be available for warming until the morning possibly! (This is disappointing being i paid for all these to get away.) My check in took forever! Just not happy at all or impressed for the amount of money spent!

This was our second stay within a month. The property is decent/average/okay. More "room noise" than most hotels... but didn't keep us awake or anything. Other "small stuff" like non-working room telephone (couldn't call front desk or housekeeping), missing towel hooks in bathroom (with holes in wall where it belonged), loudly dripping shower, etc. Poor rating is primarily due to a specific issue (in addition to general "slightly-below-average" state of property). We need a bathtub. On the first stay, we learned that we must specifically request a bathtub in our room at reservation time. So, we survived the first visit without a bathtub. (This was after the front desk agent promised to move us to a room with a bathtub... but never did so.) For the second visit, we did what was suggested on the first visit: we requested a bathtub at reservation time... AND called the property on the morning of arrival to confirm... and were promised that we would have a bathtub. Upon arrival, no bathtub. Front desk agent indicated that there was "no indication of any such request." And then NOTHING was done to remedy the issue... not even an (empty) promise to move us into a room with a bathroom. He did offer us free breakfast though... which we never used. Summary: average (at best) property/condidtions... lots of minor maintenance issues... and MAJOR customer care concerns. We will stay elsewhere next time.

For a Hilton property this was BAD! It started with a mix up with my reservation, which I had made a month earlier. I had reserved a room with a bath tub. It took 30 minutes to check in because it took that long to find a room with a tub. The pillows on my bed were 14"x 14" square. Like a decorative pillow in a pillow case. Extremely uncomfortable!! There was debris under the bed and various places on the carpet. Although there was a coffee pot in my room there was no coffee. There was no stopper on the tub so after all the searching for a tub I couldn't use it. That was VERY disappointing. The front desk employees were inattentive and all dressed differently in very casual attire. It was not a pleasant stay!!

I loved how it was off the main road and had a little walking path. Lobby was nice and staff was friendly. Rooms are outdated and could use some maintenance to small details, my bed frame was broken and there was paint on the table and carpet. But still over all nice! One thing i wasnt happy about is i was told my total would be $157 after taxes and fees and i was charged $200 and told there was a $20 deposit hold. Still doesnt add up. Overall it was nice

Head to check in before parking because no valet was available. No handicap accommodations in parking structure. Staff was mostly kind though we heard complaints of low staffing which we experienced, such as housekeeping never came. On last day woke up to no water in our room. It has been turned off due to maintenance without warning. We checked out early because of it. Finally it's a Hilton Doubletree. Known for it's cookies. They were never offered and asking was like asking for gold. Not like any other I hear stayed at before.

Couples Trip 11/18-11/20
My husband and I stayed here in mid November for a small couple's getaway trip, and overall the stay was great. The front desk attendants were courteous, friendly, and able to address an issue upon check-in to our satisfaction. We booked the room through Expedia choosing a balcony specific room, however when we arrived the room we were given the first night was not a balcony suite. It was explained to us that third party booking sites often over-extend the actual rooms available at some hotels creating discrepancies such as the one we experienced. The front desk attendant was able to offer a discounted room rate, free breakfast buffet passes for our stay, free parking, and we were able to secure the balcony suite for the second night as compensation, which my husband and I found to be highly satisfactory. Every aspect of the property was neatly maintained/updated from the entryway, to the elevators, hallways, and rooms. There was a nice area downstairs where many snacks, drinks, ice cream, toiletry items, etc were sold. Also a Starbucks and bar area, which is always a huge plus. The location was wonderful, very close to the Woodland Hills Mall, Cheesecake Factory, Nordstrom Rack, etc. Overall we had a very lovely stay and plan to return for future trips to Tulsa! And will also be recommending to friends and family!

The trash bins are supposed to sort between paper and plastic recycling but Housekeeping put 1 single plastic bag over the two compartments causing trash to either fall on the floor or be forced to go in only one compartment. Makes no sense whatsoever.

Staff was very nice and hotel was mostly clean. The bathroom was worn down and the faucet head was falling off. The bed was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I’ve experienced. Hidden fees were a bummer. $150 deposit and then $12/night to park. Overall I’d stay again if room was at a decent rate.

I could not get the bolt lock to lock. There was a place near the toilet yhat repairs were made that looked tacky. Maintenance came in with a lamp to replace and was in the wrong room. I did not call for a broken lamp

Great hotel and wonderful staff. The building has a little minor "wear and tear"noticeable in the common areas - just age, nothing critical. Room was in great condition - wonderful shower and it's in a nice business park - easy access off of the freeway and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. I did not like having to pay $12 a day for parking in an unsecured garage.

The check in fellow was rude and not helpful on the parking. I had luggage that I had to drag in as the main entrance was roped off and he said it was for trucks (a lie)there were not any trucks parked in there the days that I was staying. I have been staying there for many years during the NSBA horse shows, the Reichert Celebration, the Color world, the Paint world....Probably more days that he has been employed there. Another gal ended up helping me when my card did not work for the door and she was lovely....I cannot say I am crazy about how you have done the bar beverage area..room was nice, clean and shower good.

Arrived at hotel and was advised that they didnt have my room available because the cleaning crew didnt get to it and had already left for the day. Staff could have cared less and I was left scrambling for a place to stay. Pathetic experience to day the least.
