let me tell you what I didn't like , the tv in my room didn't work so I went to bed . In the morning I called the desk just to find out what to do with the key card , NO ANSWER

I think the owners don't care about the cleanliness of the buildings or has a subpar standard of clean that the outside, and inside can appear to be clean, but in reality the only clean really dirty spots and the rest is left alone. The floors everywhere along the stairs and hallway was dirty and smelled of nasty cigarette smoke and the room we stayed in didn't smell any different. The bed spread had dried food on it and definitely didn't launder. The cable was in and out of signal and not worth watching. We found roaches after staying one night. After the toilet wouldn't flush asking the front desk for a plunger she said she'd be there soon 30 minutes later I called and got the new shift lady and she said she couldn't leave and I had to walk from my building to the office which was 2 buildings away and get the plunger myself. I don't recommend staying here if the owners don't know how to keep their property clean or hold their staff to a higher standard of cleanliness not to mention the lack of hospitality. Sure you get a room for $50, but I dont think the quality should go down. To the owners: I know you rent the rooms out for long term, and possibly have staff live on the premises. Just be better and maybe you can charge more if you kept your property to a higher standard. When you think it's clean clean more and you'll be better. Use air purifier or maybe go all non smoking. To make the lower rooms smoking and put the non smoking rooms above is not smart. Be better

Upkeep of the room and layout of bed to tv. Friendly staff. They were willing to work with me through effective communication and the area is located just off the highway and within walking distance to all necessary stores and restaurants.

The toilet Non-Stop moving the mini fridge wouldnt close all the way, no ice bowl but had the bag for one, no coffe maker or anything. They tried to charge me $100 for my registered service animal.

The male that check us in was polite and pleasant. There was a female (maybe his wife) that came out the back and was rude. She fussed about our dog in another language without acknowledging us. Next time, stay in the back lady. The property is scarce and located near a busy freeway. Very low budget. Ripped towels. Definitely needs to be upgraded.

The office staff was pleasant. We were given a room that had steps going up to it which were hard for my handicapped boyfriend to navigate. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The light in the bathroom wouldn't stop strobing unless you turned the vent on. The handle for the bathroom door was stuck in the hole with papers of something. The toilet was very low for a taller person. It was also hard to find outlets to charge my phone and watch. The tv randomly turned off and took hours before we could get it to come back on. We paid for 2 nights but had to leave due to familial emergencies and I still don't know if they are going to refund me for that second day or not as the manager never got back with the clerk before we had to leave.

I had no one idea what a sketchy area It was in. The room was decrepit and had a horrible smell. The power had been out at my home going on nearly a week and this was one of the few options available. When I laid down on the bed I started feeling scratchy and concerned whether it had bed bugs or lice. I stayed up the entire night watching my vehicle because all sorts were walking around the parking lot all hours of the night. I’ll never stay at one of your facilities again.

My room had quite a bit of hair built up from previous stayers. Found 2 on my sheets under the covers, in tbe corners of bathroom as well as in the room. Used my uv flashlight and tbe toilet had dirty spots, also the microwave front. Furniture in room was either dented, missing pieces or didnt work. Convenient spot from gas stations and food places. Friendly staff from the two times i saw them. I feel I overpaid for $60 a night to be honest. Drinks were $2.50 in the soda machines!!!

This was a last minute only place in town to stay deal. Room and bedding could have been much cleaner. Only 2 towels for 4 adults. Pretty sketchy part of town but we survived. Right along I44 and near train tracks so a bit noisy. All in all it was a place to stay with AC and a shower. Beds were thick and comfy.

This is the worst hotel i have been at. All dirty, smells horrible, very old and nasty. All the linens were dirty and with cigarrete burns. The shower was falling apart. We slept with the lights on thinking we were going to ve infested in bed bugs. Do not stay there
