The hotel is currently under renovation. It was perfect for the price. The staff was fabulous and very helpful. The room was perfect, clean and the bed was super comfortable. This hotel will be a 5 star once it is finished, it is just in the process of rebuilding at the moment. It is easily overlooked but the comfort of the room, the price and the kindness of the staff.

I recommend this property to all those who need a full kitchen during their stay. Staff members were polite and helpful. The only complaint I have is that on two occasions maids neglected to clean my room but I was able to reschedule maid visits very easily.

Was disappointed I didn’t get the room I reserved, the deposit for the one night was ridiculous at $100. The front desk person was not very helpful when my room was wrong. Bedding made my daughter very itchy, sofa was like plastic, closet was broken, breakfast was not good at all.

Thought it would be much better
There was some goofy ozone/air cleaner running when we got the room. The soap in the shower was all gone. Some maintenance items with electrical and such. It seems they have staff but cannot keep up on the maintenance.

Room smelled musty. Went to make coffee in the room because we missed the continental breakfast and the inside of the coffee maker looked like it has never been cleaned. GROSS! Stove top was dirty. Hot water in the shower ran out very quickly. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not a good stay. I’ll be sticking with the Hilton on Broadway from now on.

An older place but nice. Set up kind of like an apartment. Small kitchen/bar area with full sized fridge and stove/oven. Good sized room with sofa bed and king bed. TV was super small but okay for a couple days. Everything was nice, worked great, just not new.

Check in service was prompt and friendly. Overall, good experience. The room had an odd odor, could not determine what it was. Carpet had multiple stains otherwise, cleanliness was very good.

Not bad for overnight stay
Hedges need to be trimmed with the sidewalk narrow. Stairs need to be cleaned once in awhile, there was cobwebs and spiders while we carefully lugged our luggage up a flight of stairs. Staff is friendly, communicative, and considering it was Tucson, we felt safe staying there.

Could use just a few, small fixes
Maintenance was very responsive with an AC issue.
Bathroom fixtures could use some work, the shower sprayed water from the joint and the tub faucet wasn’t flush with the wall.
So a few small issues, the the staff responded to, I would stay there again.

Honestly the post for this was deceiving. It looked like you were getting an updated room when really it was quite the opposite. Bed was uncomfortable for both my wife and myself. Dead bugs on the floor in our room. The pool was dirty and not open.
The breakfast was eh okay.
Honestly shouldn’t have to pay for parking they claim to have security but didn’t see them once. Definitely won’t be going back

Stay was good. They do make you pay $5.00 a night for parking, which was a surprise to us . The carpet needed to be cleaned. Carpet had some dark red spots on the floor by the sink. My wife also picked up some kind of old tape or band aide on her foot some where in the room as she took her Sandler off and walked barefooted in the room, when we first got there. The area was quite and we felt safe. Lots of food places around the hotel including a Starbucks a block away. Overall it was a good place to stay.

It’s safe and conveniently located to shops and restaurant. The assistant manager Emily and Sonia are accommodating and friendly, we ended up extending our stay. We didn’t feel very welcomed during our late check-in but had good service recovery in the morning.

All rooms are exterior entrances which I don’t love but it’s kind of like apartment buildings. The rooms are dated but spacious. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was ok, fried eggs were rubbery but there were other options like potatoes, pastry, oatmeal and cereal.
