“Perfect for my visit two day visit to Tucson and UArizona”
I was a little sketched out when I first pulled up to the hotel and saw the not only was it exterior corridors and the lobby was ATTACHED to a Denny's, but it was literally abutting I-10... But my room was perfectly clean, the heat (which I really needed during my stay, because it was "the coldest couple of days in Tucson all season") worked great, and I found the hotel to be as within only 4-5 miles of all the places I wanted to go: the University campus, the restaurants and bars of University Dr. and 4th, the mall/movie theater, etc. I would definitely stay there again, and/or recommend this hotel to a friend.

Good place to stay
“Clean, safe, and good service at a low price”
The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, but when we called the front desk, they apologized and offered another room. We declined and the smell dissipated in <12 hours. The service was excellent and everything was clean, especially considering the low price. It's right off the freeway and very convenient to get to. I would definitely use this motel again.

“All you could want in economy room”
All you could want for an economic room. Not much near the hotel, but 3 food sites easily accessible. Great price, good king-size. No frig. Didn't bring laptop, but could have.

Clean and comfortable motel, situated near Pima Air & Space Museum which was my goal.

Very impressed with this property for the price I paid during my stay! All the amenities are fine and very ample parking on site. The advantage was there is Free Wi-Fi in the rooms so that was a big help to research places to eat and drink around Tucson. I recommend it to any one who just wants a place to hit the hay and take a shower!
