I am a satisfied customer. The price was good for the room. I enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend it to others.

“Okay for when in Tucson”

I did not like the fact I smelled other people's cigarette smoke when I left my room. The housekeepping staff was a little slow to turn the rooms as I would return from one of my outings around 2 and would find my room had not been finished or was incomplete, no soap, coffee, or linens. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

I got my money's worth! I know the price is cheap, however the cleaniness, friendly staff, and location are what keep bringing me back to this place!

our check in clerk on friday, terri, was very nice. she got us every thing we needed/forgot at home, and made it seem like no big deal. on saturday and sunday, the clerk (i forgot her name!) was very sweet and gave us great ideas on how/where to spend our spare time in tucson. the housekeepers were very kind and accomodating. overall a great stay for the price. with a basic continental breakfast, a pool, and laundry facilities, i would def reccomend to the budget traveler. only bummer was that the pool heater was broken, and in early may, the kids were in and out of the water in 5 min. no hot tub. :(

The desk clerk was helpful and friendly-she printed us a map to help us find thge people we were going to visit. Breakfast was bare bones and seating minimal. My only beef: wehad reseved one room for 5 (family) people expecting 2 Queen size beds. Beds were doubles and they had no roll-a-ways. Suite was spacious and we had a sleeping bag in the car so I slept on the floor. Slept fine,thanks. We had no trouble getting extra towls but no extra pillows. I'm satisfied as 5 of us stayed for less than we expected to pay. Room would have been fine for 4 people. Oh yeah, AC themostat did not work-it was either on or off. Minor hassle we did not report to desk.

“Will definitely use again when in the area”

Everything about the hotel was as advertised. It was clean and the staff provided excellent service. The location was not as convenient as I had hoped, but it did provide a very quiet stay. The one complaint that I had was that in the suite, there was not a television in the bedroom. I was not comfortable being in the living room area after dark as I was not familiar with the area and I was travelling alone so it would have been nice to have had the additional television. Overall, the hotel was good and I would definitely stay again if in the area.

the room i have wasn't like i expected. it is huge. got 1bedroom and living hall. bathroom door was broken but it is fine since me and my husband only. Hotel only provided 1towel, then when i call the frontdesk, they asked me to come and pick myself. it happened, they out of towel there also and they bring me to laundry room and take fresh from dryer. Continental breakfast as it is. got muffin, bread and cereal.

You get a good baragin for the price.

Very quaint. The only drawback, it does not have a small fridge in the rooms. But everything else was fine.
