“Not what I was expecting”

This hotel is designed for poeple who are traveling and need a place to stay that offers a kitchen. I was only staying one night so the usual items like a small shampoo and conditioner were not provided. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable also.

“Untitled Review”

I reserved a non-smoking room and when I arrived was told they only had smoking rooms available. I didn't mind too much, but it was a little annoying. The lady behind the counter was helpful and friendly though.

“Crossland Tucson”

About the only positive thing I can say about this experience is that it was quiet. My feet were filthy from the carpet; absolutely no amenities in the room (no tissue, hair dryer, iron or board, etc. etc. etc.) that should have been in an extended stay suite. The bed was terrible: double bed (not queen as advertised), rock hard and the springs were no noisy I woke myself up whenever I moved! The one day I did have the room cleaned, the dishes were not washed and left in the sink and the room was obviously not vacuumed. I had to go to the office to get clean towels. I was so disappointed to say the least and certainly will not book a package like this that ties me into a room.

“I've seen better looking crack houses”

Bed was uncomfortable and had bloodstains on the sheet and pillowcase. Stayed 8 days and maid service only cleaned and brought towels once. Any other hotel in town would be better than this place.

“check it before you check in”

when i did get into a room, it was clean expect for the floor. it had what seem to be gravel. like some one had walked in the dirt and then took there shoes off and just sprinkled a little bit there. other then that, everything else was ok. The only reason why i didn't go to another hotel was because of the distance and they refused a refund. I have never had an exp like this before.

“Sleeping on a rock”

I can sleep in almost any bed, especially when doing active work for 8-9 hours a day and returning to the room dead tired. NOT here though, the bed was rock hard and actually hurt to sleep on! If it wasn't for that the stay would have been much better as they have all you need - though fridge is kind of small. Location is good, kind of back away from things so minimal noise. Next trip I won't stay there for the bed alone though, just painful!

“Strictly economy”

Crosslands suited our need for one night; an evening event nearby. Otherwise this place would be unacceptable for any reason except economy. Room is quite small for just hanging out there. The bed is really too small for two persons, an undersized double that my wife found uncomfortably hard. Nice to have a kitchenette, and coffee in the morning in the room. Internet access costs extra.

“Not Impressed”

The room had not been vacuumed and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. We won't go back.
