Front desk girl was super nice and accommodating. Hotel is nice. Elevator a bit old. If no parking is full in the front, then you go to the back and it seemed a bit sketchy back there

I liked the ease of checking in. The staff who were assisting were very pleasant and courteous. The king suite is really nice; has everything I need until I leave tomorrow morning. Thank you!!

I was here a very short time before an early morning flight. I appreciated the cookies at check-in and the take-away breakfast, since I left before the 6AM breakfast was ready. Being so close to the airport it's not a "pretty" location, but convenient. My only complaint was the very low toilet and nothing nearby to grab onto- if you've a new knee, request an accessible room.

Is a great hotel in this price range. The parking lot needs a repair job. The room was very clean and all items functioned. The gourmet coffee was excellent.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; and check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was included and was tasty and had plenty of options. The hotel is small, but that worked for my family. The bonus for us is that the hotel is pet friendly which we need when we travel with our dog.

Wonderful hotel and I will certainly stay there again. Enjoyed the great breakfast and the hot tub was terrific. We had 2 rooms, one of which was a mini-suite, both very clean and comfortable. Lots of floor space in the suite which will be helpful when I return with 3 grandchildren. appreciated the wine too!

Nice room overall. Bed was good but pillows really too soft. Staff and facilities allowed our small pet. Will stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However the rooms were a little run down, the AC was a little noisy, the vents pointed right on the bed, and there is no way to make the fan constant.

Consistent cleaning lacking
The workers were nice and friendly and the breakfast food was very good. However, there was a period of 4 consecutive days where the room wasn't cleaned. I assumed it was an oversight (for 2 days) but at day 3 I told the front desk it still hadn't been cleaned and I heard them tell the maintenance people to clean it and when we got back that night it still hadn't been cleaned. Thus, 4 days in a row of no cleaning. I've never experienced this anywhere. My reservation was for 9 days.

All the hotels in the area are similarly priced however this hotel is a level up as far as quality, service, cleanliness and complimentary bottle of wine after traveling is wow. Hot breakfast is great too.

Reasonable price airport hotel, nice clean room. Reception refused to accept my Apple Card, for security deposit, because acct. number is not printed on the card (very secure). This is the same card used to pay for the room through Expedia. I was forced to use my older, less secure Visa card for sec. deposit. Never had this problem before, won’t stay here again.

Staff was stellar. Angelica especially was very welcoming and courteous as well as friendly to talk and visit with as a guest. On site laundromat was a plus. It was clean and affordable and was a welcome amenity.

Good stay
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the breakfast bar in the morning. It's not a fancy hotel, but it's solid where it needs to be.

Good basic hotel near the airport.
It is a good basi hotel for late arrivals from or early departures to the airport. Basic room but not carpeted, flooring was a "wood" floating floor so I liked that. Breakfast was basic but only plastic plates and cutlery was available. No meals available at the airport.
