restaurant and bar are only open for dinner. I didn’t stay long enough to find if the food was decent or what was on the menu. Hotel is depressing, convenient off freeway but nothing else is around there. Steel doors on hotel are prison -like. Staff was nice.

We were in town for an overnight to see a show downtown. The staff was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The hotel, being on a freeway frontage road was a little bit noisy from traffic but we anticipated that.
An older property, it has its charms.
We backed up to the Santa Cruz River and bike path. Walked across this really cool bridge into the Barrio sin Nombre. Short walk into old town/downtown Tucson. Free city trolley with a stop right at the hotel.
The rooms and linens were clean. The shower had great pressure and hot water.
Pool, hot tub. Free breakfast.
We were very happy with our stay. Will return.

Our first room was dirty. Food was all over on the floor and desk, there was no soap available in our room and the remote from the TV was missing. We got a second room and when we went to enter the room we realized that it was someone else's room so we were given a third room .. the third room key did not work and we had to get the key programmed twice. Two of the staff members were very nice and they were trying their best but there was a third staff member with red hair that seemed to have an unapologetic attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting Tucson.
