“Best place to stay in Arizona”

The Arizona Inn was simply fantastic. The room we stayed in was spacious yet functional. There was a beautiful King sized bed, a comfortable sofa, several chairs, and a very nice desk with Internet access. In addition, the room had a small library of books. The grounds themselves are beautiful as well. The entire hotel has a peaceful feeling - there are birds everywhere, probably attracted by the meticulously maintained plants. It has the feeling of living in a garden... In addition there is a beautiful pool - I only got to jump in once, but it was delightful, a work out room that I did not get to check out, a "reading" room near the hotel lobby that is simply beautiful, and several dining options. Unfortunately, the only meal I or my wife tried was breakfast served by the pool (buffet style) which was excellent. Simply put, I cannot think of a nice place to stay.

The Arizona Inn provided a wonderfully quiet and comfortable setting from which to explore Tucson and S.E.Arizona.

“Lovely peaceful hotel”

We stayed there for 3 days and thought the hotel was lovely. The pool breakfast buffet was superb and the staff could not have been more helpful. We had a deluxe room upstairs (no balcony) but wished we had known that the deluxe rooms downstairs have their own terrace with sun beds.

“Part of a Wonderful Trip!”

The Arizona Inn is an oasis in the middle of Tucson. It is well worth the trip to stay at such a wonderful inn. Quiet, secluded, and with understated elegance the inn is still convenient to everything in town.

“World Class comfort nestled close to town”

Unlike most resorts in Tucson the Arizona Inn is located conveniently close to downtown and the University of Arizona. Rooms are spacious and comfortable - our standard room would be a mini suite in a mega chain hotel. The grounds are gorgeous, well manicured lawns, tennis courts, croquet, ping pong, badminton and a beautiful pool are all amenities included in your stay. The Inn has existed since 1930 and was a frequent stop for Movie Stars visiting the Tucson area. The staff was courteous and very helpful, we wanted for little during our stay. We'd definitely go back again.

“Totally worth a stop”

I stayed here during the off-season (August). For this price, I was expecting a slightly run-down little hotel with a free continental breakfast. Instead, I found myself at a small but absolutely charming and elegantly appointed inn spread out over several acres. The rooms are bungalow-style and all have outdoor patios. The free breakfast (which I had in the main dining room, but which you can have poolside or in your room) was delicious. I swam in the beautiful pool when I arrived in the evening and before I left in the morning. The service was really impeccable. I cannot believe what a good deal this place was. If you're driving through the Tucson area and have a little time to spare, I would highly recommend this inn for a night or two.
