"All the staff at the lounge was soooo nice: Agnes, Issac, Angel, Vivien and Karen offered the best service during breakfast, tea time and cocktails. We enjoyed our stay in HK at the icon hotel. We enjoyed the shuttle service but we think it might offer more rides after 2pm because the following service is around 4pm. One thing that could be improved is to have tables available in your restaurants for the guest that has just arrived. Another thing is to limit the age of the children, sometimes the kids get too noisy. Its the first time that in a hotel lounge that allows children, these ammenities are usually for adults only"
