“My Trinidad residence”

We found ourselves in the midst of warm hospitality and attentive care. The front desk staff and concierge group seemed to proactively, but unobstrusively, anticipate our needs and helped us feel comfortable adjusting to our first visit to this beautiful country. The rooms were well appointed and very enjoyable;the food in the cafe was healthy, delicious, and served with grace. We plan on returning for our next extended visit.

“Highly Recommended for Comfort & Convenience”

Service: All staff extremely polite & would go out of their way to please. Room: Spacious, clean & modern decor. Bathroom: well designed. Toiletries supplied. A suggestion: please provide liquid hand-wash instead of soap. Gym: well equipped. Pool: small but with nice poolside lounges & shades. Restaurants: 2; one serving breakfast & lunch, the other fine dining. Prices disproportionately high Taxi service: expensive if ordered via hotel but comparatively & very reasonably cheap if hailed by yourself in front of the hotel.

“My Port of Spain hotel of choice”

Probably the nicest hotel in Port of Spain. Service is excellent and it has a friendly and helpful staff. Pool is nice and feels private with small cabanas and a nice bar. However, pool is primarily a lap pool and is alittle small, but it was never crowded on my stay. Big plus is the quality and affordability of the food. (Significantly more affordable that the Hyatt and MUCH better quality.) Rooms are very nice. You will not be disappointed. (just be sure to move the dressing bench at the end of the bed! I bumped into it first two nights when I got up in the middle of the night!. Exercise room has all the equipment you would want although it is small. Overall excellent, I have stayed there twice and it is my hotel of choice in Port of Spain

“Nice hotel”

Brand new hotel with great service. Tried a soup and salad for one meal which was excellent. For awesome chinese and cocktails, go to Jenny's. Also blackjack at local casino have very good odds (5 cards gives you a win)

“Good enough for the Royal Family.”

Excellent hotel. Brand new, so a few things are not yet running. Large rooms, with every comfort. It's a little too "modern", not enough Caribbean for where it is. But the service is excellent, and the location is very convenient and quiet.
