“Want to do it all over again!”
I was only there for one night - but next time it will be for longer. Everything was perfect and my main objective was one business meeting and to relax and I totally did just that.

Wonderfully friendly and efficient staff. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever had.
“Nice”
This hotel was comfortable and convenient. A balcony was included as one of the features of the room, and to our surprise, the room overlooked a parking lot (there was no balcony). The hotel staff did apologize for the mixup.

Nice hotel in Trinidad. It has a great hot-buffet breakfast that was included in our rate. Free internet in the room and free printing/business center in the lobby. Small pool which was nice. Downside: approximately40 minutes (30/45$ cab ride) from the airport so it is a bit far if you want to do anything while in Trini.
“Hotel Port of Spain: à 2 pas d'un centre commercial et d'un SPA”
Cet hôtel est très bien: les chambres sont ultra confortables, le personnel au petit soin, le ptit déjeuner buffet est un régal et d'une diversité exceptionnelle. Le coin piscine est un peu "pauvre", pas beaucoup de végétation, et la piscine reste assez petite; i demeure néanmoins un bon endroit pr se détendre. L'hôtel se trouve près d"un centre commercial où l'on peut aller au cinéma, manger des sushis, ou rester à la terrasse de café... Il n'est pas non plus très loin du centre-ville (en taxi) Je recommande à 100 %.
“Port of Spain, Trinidad. Everything Right There”
Hotel was great. Very convenient. MovieTown right next door. Has shops,restaurants,movie theater. Just don't miss the left lane turnoff for the Hotel. You will have to try and FIND a uturn to get back.

“Will go back but........”
I arrived for a weekend stay with my partner who had just flew in. She had extensive luggage so I pulled up thinking there would be assistance at the front door only to be told that I had to move because there would be no help and I had to take in the bags by myself. Minus three points!Check in was easy and quick and luckily the elevator was close to the desk. The room itself was clean and layed out well. Nice bed and amenities. The a/c would get a bit cold during the night and was a chore to get up to lower it. A remote with temperature gauge would have been nice. Oh and the small ice box was a waste. There was no chill evident so what food we bought and brought back to the room was wasted. Couldn't even keep a bottle water cool. That said I had to make trips to the ice machine which was conveniently located down the hallway. I observed that the staff were always cleaning the rooms around but I didn't require to be bothered and didn't need the service really. But they were always busy. Came and left the hotel with ease and it made for quite a comfortable stay. The location made entertainment and food quite accessible as it is surrounded by such. There may be a slight bit noise in the night by traffic because of such but if You're accustomed it's not a problem. All in all a great stay minus the imitation fridge, lack of luggage assistance at the door and remote for the a/c.
“Fairly new and rates are reasonable”
The hotel is new and is situated right across from the national stadium. Needless to say, if you book your stay during some kind of event it may get a little noisy. The staff is pretty friendly and professional. The only real problem I had was that the towels and linens did smell a little moldy. Trinidad is pretty humid and I figure they let these things air dry which is where the smell comes from. This was noticable in the restaurant as well. I assume they treat the table-cloths the same was as well. Given the sparse choices when it comes to nice places to stay in Trinidad it isn't too bad and I really could only find that one thing to complain about.
