“Pleasantly surprised.”

I was in town for my daughters softball tourney and the hotel was further away than I wanted, however, the location is right off I-40. Easy access, Cracker Barrell right there next door, and the room was very nice.

Not a bad place to stay for one night. I don't think I heard a single plane that night.

“Clean and comfortable, close to airport”

Nothing fancy, but this hotel is clean and comfortable. It is very close to the Tri-cities airport, so it is a good staging area to spend the night for traveling from and to the Kingsport area.

“Great for an airport stopover”

Pleasant hotel with a clean & cheerful interior. Polite & helpful service. Breakfast limited to selection of cakes, bagels & cereal, plastic spoons, polystyrene cups etc. Shuttle to Tri-Cities available, but seems to be on-demand. Good stopover location close to I81, about a mile from the airport.

we've stayed there before and will again, service excellent and close to airport, great breakfast bar in morning, loked the belconies as well.

“Comfortable stay”

This hotel is a decent above average hotel. Nothing spectecular but it was nevertheless a clean comfortable hotel to stay for the night before I get on the plane in Tri-city airport the next day. The drive to the Tri-city airport is very quick, and they have shuttle service starting at 5am.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and was within 10 minutes from the airport. When we're in town again, we'll definitely use and/or recommend this hotel to others. Thank you.
