“Nice clean Hotel in a good location”
I stay at this Hotel around the same time once a year because it is close to a company function early the next morning. It is a nice clean hotel well maintained with a friendly staff.
“very clean, safe, servicable hotel”
This hotel was very clean. The service was great. I brought my 2 daughters with me and we felt very safe. There was a continental breakfast provided but it was a little sparse. However, you could walk to Cracker Barrel for a real breakfast.

The hotel was great and all employees that we had contact with were very helpful. The breakfast was really good also.
“nicer than expected”
The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good. The tiny balcony was a pleasant surprise, as was the overall pleasing appearance of the hotel. You can conveniently walk to the Cracker Barrel next door for dinner, although they could use a sidewalk between the two! My only criticism was that check-in took longer than normal, at about 12 minutes, but my disappointment faded quickly.
“Clean and quiet”
We've stayed at this hotel twice, and both times it was nice. The room is fresh and the bed is solid. It's located just a mile or so from the airport. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The continental breakfast is convenient.

Perfect for a quick in and out at the Tri-cities Airport. Above average in its price range. Will use it again.
“Staff was so nice!”
I was in Kingsport for a funeral. I got into town after a 7 hour trip and was exhausted! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and my room was very comfortable and clean.

Having the impression of 'old, dated' for this hotel chain, I booked anyway, based on the very positive reviews of others and the affordable pricing. We were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival and throughout our stay. The front desk was welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean except for an empty coke bottle someone had tossed behind the recliner - maid should have found that. Comp breakfast was varied and very good and serviced very well.
“what you'd expect”
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and I was just as satisfied as the first time. Not a whole lot of extra frills, but a clean room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is fine with several options.
