Checkin was very easy. However I did ask if a handicap room was available..only in the King room but we needed 2 beds. Ok, I can generally work with that. The beds were very comfortable, room size okay, the hotel was quiet.. no slamming doors as in many places. The bathroom was a real problem. Vanity was low, the toilet was very low, toilet paper holder hard to reach for and the side of the bathtub was extremely high. It reached to the bottom of my kneecap. For anyone with leg or knee problems that can be very dangerous. Have never understood when hotel update the rooms that the bathroom is the most neglected. Why not put the comfort seat toilets in all bathrooms. With people being tall and large the standard toilets are very difficult to get off of. My opinion. Other than stated above the stay was fine.
