“Good Stay”

Was a nice room very quiet not dirty at all like some reviews said about would stay again

Nice, clean, quiet room. No surprises. Pleasant surroundings.

“Friendly staff”

Nice place to stay if you are only going to be there one night. Staff friendly and helpfull in telling us where the resturants were located. Continental breakfast was a farce, stale rolls and cold coffee.

“Bristol, TN”

The mattress condition left a lot to be desired. They need to replace their mattresses; they were very flat. We did sleep fairly well. We asked for a room on the back side of the hotel away from the interstate because we had heard there could be traffic noise that would bother us. We had a very quiet room. The staff were very nice and helpful. The coffee was good. The breakfast was average; nothing special.

“Not Impressed”

Not impressed with the room. The first strike against the room was the fact that it was a smoking room instead of the non-smoking room we had requested. The room reeked of smoke and was almost overwhelming to us as non-smokers. The condition and maintenance of the room was not good. It's one of those places you worry when you get out of the shower if you are going to be dirtier than when you went in. The hotel is also sitting so close to the interstate that you hear the traffic all night.

“Close to Bristol track”

First. We had trash in our garbage cans and dirty towels when we arrived. Second: old run down. Third: snake in front of our room @ ten pm. We stayed on the back side of the motel and the interstate noise was very quiet. Room was old and not very clean The front desk was wonderful. It is worth the price if you are wanting to go to a Bristol race. It was very close. I couldn't stay there more than one night We had pizza delivery and it was good.

“Needs new carpet!”

I know this is a "pet friendly" motel but the carpet was awful. We never took our shoes off! It would do them good to rip up the carpets and put down tile flooring so that it could be easier to keep clean. I plan to never stay at this hotel again!

“I was just OK.”

Hotel was average, nothing fancy. In need of small maintenance.

“Traffic Haters, Beware”

If you can get a room on the side opposite the Interstate, you'll sleep a lot better. My parents had a room facing the traffic and, not only were the mattresses very flat, the incessant noise posed a sleeping problem for my mother.
