“Enjoyed our stay”
It was not far from Treviso station and there was a bus stop right outside for regular buses to the station. Layout of the hotel was nice. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon and we couldn't be happier! The service was excellent and our breakfast every morning was wonderful. Our room was nicely decorated and the gardens outside were beautiful! I would highly recommend this Villa to everyone!
“One of the most resonable priced hotels near Venice”
Excellent hotel, one mile to downtown treviso.15 miles to Venice. The bus stop for Venice is 50 yards from the hotel, you can get to venice with 6 dollars round trip. The bus to town stops in front of the hotel. Excellent staff. The breakfast was exceptionally good.I will go back there again definitely.Clean and comfortable.Very good price for the location.
“Well located with first class resturant.”
Our stay was very enjoyable and the hotel is well located for exploring the wider area. Thanks to our hire car we were able to drive to Cortina and visit the beach at Jesolo with ease. Public transport links to Venice and Treviso were straightforward too. The pool area was very pleasant though the unheated pool was on the cool side until after 4pm. We found the hotel resturant to be first class and ate there most nights, other resturants within walking distance proved disappointing. Despite being close to a busy main road the hotel is well screened by its extensive, mature garden though sitting outside in the evenings was restricted my moquitos. The staff were particularly helpful, cheerful and pleasant.
“Excellent stay”
We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The pool was much appreciated (by 2 adults and 2 children) - it's long enough for a real swim and outdoors. Everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms were well cared for and everything was in excellent condition. The staff were unfailingly helpful. One warning - the local restaurants mentioned in other reviews were closed on a Monday evening (not unusual for Italy) so we ended up with an unplanned meal in the hotel restaurant, accompanied by two rather exhausted children - the waitress was charming, understood the kids needed to eat, arranged for their food to come as soon as possible and they were extremely civil about our rather curtailed meal (only one savoury course). The food was very high quality, though not cheap. The breakfast was also very good - though a little confusing as there was a menu on the tables listing 'extras' and their prices - many of which seemed to be provided on the buffet(eg prosciutto, fruit). In fact everything on the breakfast buffet was included - the waitress confirmed this. One thing though - you need to reckon over an hour for the trip into Venice, even by train. The staff will give you full instructions and a bus timetable and all the necessary information.
“Very Impressed”
A Lovely hotel which is 40 minute by bus to venice or only 20 minutes by train. Ideal for Venice and nice to come back to a lovely hotel with pool away from crowded vencie. was not sure if would be too far out but loved the hotel exceptional quality and standards and a stunning pool. Will be going back again!!!!
“Handy for Venice”
We chose this hotel because it was a short taxi ride from the Ryanair arrival airport Treviso. Buses into Venice stopped outside the hotel and it was a 45 min journey and very cheap. We had the benefit of a comfortable hotel with a swimming pool,good restaurant and lifts. We didn't have to drag our cases around the streets of Venice searching for our hotel. Good for short stays, the restaurant menu might become a bit boring if you were there for some days although the food was good.
“Highly recommended”
We stayed in this hotel for four nights and I must say, we were very satisfied. The hotel is located a few km south of Treviso and around 25 km north of Venice. This allowed us to explore Venice everyday (short 20min drive) while avoiding crowds. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The pictures on Expedia's web site are fairly accurate. Our room was thoroughly cleaned daily. They even changed our sheets and towels every day ! Something you don't see too often these days. Breakfasts were included, the food was good and fresh. On top of that, the price was quite reasonable compared to North American ones.
