Summer Visit to Cristal Palace Hotel
A lovely hotel in a magnificent setting. A free shuttle bus will take you down to the centre of the town any time of day and collect on request. The only shortfall was the lack of aircon during a very hot July

4 Nights in Madonna
The hotel is very nice and the service was great. However, it is just far enough from the town that it is inconvenient when you want to go out to dinner. Also, the room was very loud. We were on the 2nd floor next to the kids room and directly under the piano upstairs. I would not recommend staying on this floor.

Good quality hotel , excellent services and food
Great hotel, nice ambience, good for family get away. Nice sized rooms and wonderful view of the town. Shuttle bus is convenient and no issue to get to and from ski lifts. Great all round.

Wonderful place, summer or winter...
An exceptional price was backed up with very reasonably priced dining. The manager and staff went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is on the prime site, high up and overlooking the town below. 5 Star in every respect. Highly rated and the drive in from the south and out to the north has spectacular scenery.

excellent hotel. great food, great rooms, good location. Thanks to all the staff including our complimentary shuttle bus driver but special mention to barman and head waiter who made us feel so welcome. We would also like to recommend the homestube restaurant\bar in the town.

Romantic week-end in a nice mountain village.
We spent a weekend in this Hotel. It was a birthday present for me and my wife (our birthday is very close). We enjoyed the beautiful SPA. Restaurant was good, breakfast very rich.

This would be a good 3 star, possibly 4 star in UK. The staff were helpful. Wifi is poor and non existent in some bedrooms. Free minibus service to slopes and town excellent.

Good value in the summertime
The price was good for a summer holiday, actually a via feratta climb. We enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool. Demetri at the front desk was quite helpful.

Nice hotel with a view over the valley
This hotel suited well our one night stay in Madonna. Location was within walking distance from the town centre with a nice view from the breakfast room. Spa was nice, there was even a water bucket in the sauna!

Ottimo hotel a Madonna di Campiglio
Hotel situato in posizione strategica. Camera spaziosa, pulita, ben arredata e con balcone con vista sul paese di Madonna di Campiglio. Personale professionale e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e servita in un’ampia sala interna. Mi sento di consigliarlo assolutamente.

Punto primo il cartello dell'hotel non e' visibile dalla strada ne' tantomeno il cartello che indica dove parcheggiare. Morale della favola se non hai qualcuno che segue il gps ti perdi. La hot tub non funzionava e hanno trovato patetiche scuse per la temperatura ( fredda ) fino quando alla terza serata di spa guarda caso la hot tub era chiusa.... Parcheggio a pagamento non tollerabile visto il costo medio di una notte. La televisione in camera e' situata sulla parete sbagliata e devi torcerti il collo per vederla. Nel complesso il posto e' bello con ristorante all'altezza sia per colazione e per cena. Peccato per i dettagli.

Bei giorni al Cristal Palace.
Hotel in ottima posizione, gentile il personale molto funzionale la zona spa , unico neo la camera posta sotto la sala da pranzo quindi rumorosa.

In questa struttura è molto bella la visuale. Si mangia molto bene. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che mi abbiano fatto pagare 10 euro al giorno un cagnolino piccolo, non mi è piaciuto neanche il fatto che il garage non sia compreso del prezzo del hotel anche li 10 euro al giorno. Poi tengono le temperature troppo alte in camera, il fatto che sia un hotel 4 stelle superium e non hai la disponibilità di tenere la temperatura che vuoi non è molto onesto. Un altra cosa che è piaciuta poco che e pieno di polacchi russi pieni di soldi che pensano di fare quello che vogliono e non rispettano niente. Nel mio resoconto finale direi che da 1 a 10 darei un 7.

El hotel tiene un gran problema y es que no se puede llegr al centro de Madonna caminando sin ir por la ruta que es peligroso. Son tres cuadras. Ademas fuimos 6 personas ocho dias y al retirarnos por una gran nevada no funcionaba el omninus, fuimos mal tratados por el personal jerarquico del hotel para conseguir un taxi a Trento

Godt hotel med indbydende SPA og god restaurant.
Godt 4-dages ophold. Hotellet fremstår pænt og imødekommende. Gode faste senge. Der er god restaurant, med god mad. Morgenbuffet god og varieret. Aften restaurant med forret buffet og dessert buffet. Flere retter vælges dertil fra menu. Generelt er maden ret god, dog er betjening meget rodet. De unge tjenere glemmer ofte bestillinger eller dele af bestillinger. Ventetid på fx. the og kaffe om morgenen er almindeligt. Sæt dog kaffeautomater op når det er så svært at betjene så mange kunder! Shuttle service til lift virker godt til de aftalte opsamlingssteder. Spa afdeling er flot og fremstår stadig ny og indbydende.

Hotel di classe, camere molto comode, ristorante di gran livello, spa veramente bella e rilassante. Personale e servizio navetta gentilissimi. L’hotel si trova a 5 minuti dal centro. Bella esperienza!!

Hotel molto bello. Ristorazione di alta qualita’ con servizio veloce e gentile, vista top su campiglio. Camere carinissime, ma non enormi, con bagno e doccia top. Receptionist gentilissimi. Comodo trasfer per il centro (talvolta lento causa traffico). Unici nei, a voler essere pignoli: letto e guanciali molto duri. Troppo chiasso in spa (intollerabile). Dovrebbero mettere regole più ferree, specialmente contro i cafoni.
