“Home Away From Home”

Excellent hotel if you're looking for a home away from home! Friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean and comfortable room. Very dog friendly too. Hotel location great for Frankfort, sand dunes, Crystal Lake, Traverse City and Interlochen.

“Nice place to stay”

Good clean hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Beds were very comfortable, rooms looked, smelled, and felt clean. Decor was warm and comfortable. Desk people were nice and trying to help people who came in with no reservations find a hotel (they were booked).

“Fantastic!”

A great place to bring your family! The pool was clean and well kept. The continental breakfast nice for on the go. The staff was friendly and helpful.

“Platte lake”

the hotel is starting to show wear. everything was okay but just okay. we visit family with small cabin on platt lake so it is convenient to their place but that is its only really redeeming value. they were always out of coffee and other food for breakfast!

“Might stay again, not sure.”

The wifi did not work in the room and we complained to the front desk twice. She responded with, hmmmmm. Did not have a clue as why. We complained when we checked out and the "Assistant Manager" offered us free chips and water. We chose to stay there because we were going to a reunion at Interlochen, 20 miles away.
