“Friendly service plus!”

We got to our room and shortly received a call to make sure the room was okay and see if we needed anything. Wanted to go to Fishtown but not sure how to get there. Girl at desk gave me a map and directions. Very friendly! Told me it would take 39 minutes and told me about the stop light in town to turn at! Gave us ideas of things to do and how to get there from casinos to restaurants. Free buffett breakfast was awesome and had a lot to choose from! Definily will go back if I am up there again!

“Excellent in every way”

Best Western did a great job of making our visit comfortable. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. A power strip was present so we did not experience the usual shortage of accessable outlets. They always went the extra mile. A newspaper was at our door each morning. The continental breakfast included hot entrees such as eggs, sausage, waffles etc in addition to the cold items at most free breakfast buffets. Everything was fresh and tasty. An assortment of special pillows from a custom pillow manufacturer was available at the front desk which provided an opportunity to try them out out for comfort. A well equipped excercise room and laundry facilities were available for use at the motel next door as per arrangement with Best Western. The room had microwave and small refrigerator. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend the Best Western. This is a very well managed motel.

Reasonably priced. Very pleasant and helpful staff.. Spacious and clean room. Good breakfast included. Will even deliver breakfast to your room!

Staff was friendly and eager to help. Complementary breakfast was more than expected. Nice and quiet in spite of the fact that there were no vacancies. Pleasant surroundings, not too far from downtown area.

“We enjoyed our stay”

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't like the melon in the breakfast fruit. Also, it would have been nicer if the water in the jetted bath was a little hotter.

“Wonderful place to Stay!”

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Older hotel, but updated linens and furniture were appreciated. Room was clean. The pool and breakfast area were great. The one drawback was no elevator.

“Clean and comfortable in Traverse City”

Staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. We brought our dog and the staff was able to direct us to some excellent hiking trails. We will definitely stay there again. The only drawback was limited DVD library rental availability at the front desk but at least it had a DVD player in the room. Excellent value and comfortable.

Overall we were very happy with this hotel! We got a 1 pm checkout by signing up for the free rewards program. We also got a free breakfast delivered to our room! The only Complaint we had was that the room smelled like cigarettes. We are ex smokers so this bothered us a little. When we mentioned it to the front desk they gave us a glade scented candle. I will go back for sure!
