“Très bien situé et très agréable”
Excellent accueil, très confortable
“Perfect location and quality.”
The location of these apartments were as central as you could get, with restaurants, the beach, the harbour, shops all within walkable distance. Decor was very good and the young lady on reception was very helpful. A+
“Great place to stay”
Great location with easy access to shops, port, restaurants etc - clean tidy, everything worked!. Quite frankly we were amazed at what we got for our money. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was cleaned and the laundry changed after the 2nd night. No reception service over the weekend which didn't bother us at all.
“a nice apartment”
There was one day the electricity stopped at mid-night. We failed to fix it and there was no body to help as the front desk lady was already off. There was no emergency contact number that we could call neither in our room or at the front desk. Therefore we had stayed a night without electricity supply. I was told in the morning the emergency contact no. was written on a cardboard hanging on the window facing the "outside" street ! It would be much better if we were informed when we checked in or even better to provide a cue card in the room with the emergency contact number. Also we will be more prepared psychologically if we were told that the room we stayed was prone to this (the sudden stop of electricity supply) whenever we use the oven. Apart from that, we had an enjoyable stay in this apartment.
“Great 4 night break”
Booked on an apartment basis but reception open in morning and late afternoon / evening with friendly and helpful staff. Good clean room with self catering facilities if you should need them (plates, cutlery, pots, pans, oven etc.). The Hotel is in probably the best location possible for exploring Trapani and it's old town area. The town beach is also just around the corner. Easy access to the Hydofoil Terminal for the Egadi Islands (a great day trip). If you're a light sleeper be aware that street life continues well in to the early hours along the pedestrian area at the front of the hotel.
“Good location”
There is no receptionist at the desk. The hotel is closed between 1300 and 16.30, therefore guests are adviced to arrive before or after these times. The staffs are friendly and helpful when they are there, which is rare, so is the internet access.
“It will do”
The B&B is right next to Duomo....right in the centre and a short walk to all the major attractions including the beach and lovely restaurants. However, there is a massively steep 3 fligths of stairs to climb. Our room was at the top and hot but there was a electric air conditioner. The couple were friendly, but breakfast is not on site. The shower facilities you can cope with but not of the highest standard. The room did grow on us with lovely trendy decor but all in all it wasn't worth the price. In other towns we got cheaper and a greater standard of living, its just a shame it was a last minute booking. If you are in need this place will meet your needs, we were just spoilt in other hotels and were not expecting this.
