We stayed at this hotel after an unexpected surgery at the Trail hospital. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was lovely that they had pet friendly rooms as we had our pooch with us. Nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

The hotel has been nicely updated, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious with a kitchen suite and dining area. There are several restaurants within a 10 minute walk as well as a grocery store. There is a lounge but no restaurant or anything similar on site. We were given coupons for breakfast from the restaurant across the street and it was perfect for us.

The hotel itself was very clean and very comfortable. Parking was great. Staff was friendly and check in/out were quick & simple. It was dog friendly but no relief area nearby for the evening. We stayed on a friday night and the bar across the street was a little loud in the street facing room.

Newly remodeled beautiful hotel
The hotel was really clean, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The best part of the hotel is their AMAZING bar/lounge. It reminds you of Europe, and the craft cocktails are of a quality you would find in New York. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The Crown Hotel is newly refurbished. The rooms are amazing. The food options are non existent, as there isn’t a restaurant in the hotel, however there are local eateries nearby. Don’t be fooled by the “free” breakfast option offered at the Arlington, as your voucher is for a breakfast up to the value only. You still need to pay for it. The parking lot is big, not secure. A great stay overall and we’ll certainly consider revisiting

Beautiful hotel which could easily become a boutique hotel with a few changes! Staff pleasant and helpful, loved the location as we could walk the downtown of Trail! They also have a beautiful in hotel lounge. We will revisit.

I stayed here with my wife for one night while on a vacation. It is a lovely place that has been recently renovated. The room was very clean and quiet. It is also a great location to walk and explore Trail.

The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean. Our room had a small kitchen with more amenities than a typical hotel room, which is awesome with kids. The two king size beds that were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient at check in and check out. The location was easily accessible from the highway yet surrounded by the downtown restaurants and shops. We had a view of the bridge/river which offered great daytime and nighttime views! We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has been nicely upgraded. It was clean, quiet inside the hotel, however the bar & grill across the street was noisy both Friday and Saturday night. We had a ton of room for the 3 of us, with the 1 bedroom suite and enjoyed the full kitchen. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Christmas break in Trail and Red mountain.
The Hotel is nicely renovated. Situated on the Columbia river and in the heart of downtown. The staff are fantastic and the rooms are comfy. We stayed in a king bed room with a couch and sitting area. Great for two. During covid we have stayed there twice and the grab and go breakfast is a joke. A bag full of carbs. Bring back the real breakfast.

This is the area we have come to visit quite often in recent years. We used to stay at B&Bs. But this time none was available. So we choose this hotel for it looked quite nice on the web. Our personal experience at the hotel, however, exceeded our expectation. The suite was spacious. It offered a view of the river. The lounge had a classic deco. Above all, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We had all our meals at the Arlington Bar and Grill across the street. It had a big menu and the prices were very reasonable.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel during this trip. As our last stay, we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. We did not expect to have such high appreciation of a chain hotel. But it is a small town gem that we would recommend to any visitor of the area.
