“Hôtel torre artale: un petit coin de verdure et de tranquillité.”
Hôtel agréable, calme. L'appartement pour 4 pers. est très spacieux avec une belle terrasse, assez bien équipé. La piscine olympique a ravi les enfants. Le parc de l'hôtel est sympa. Il y a une navette qui mène à une plage privée.
“Hard to find but rewarding to stay”
The hotel is not exactly in Trabia itself, so when driving after dusk some problems with locating the property were encountered. The room was extremely nice furnished with taste and style, adequately spacious. There was a friendly cat roaming around so we decided to adopt a subtenant for the duration of our stay. Highly commendable hotel.
“nice place”
The views of this place are amazing. There is an ancient tower in view which is lit up at night and looks like a castle. It is at the top of a cliff and has ocean views. The beds were not very comfortable, but we loved this location. It is in a nice little town. The 2 room apartment is great for large families as well. We would recommend it.
“Great value holiday location”
Good site for relaxing break with some sporting activities, but no night life. We were in a lovely apartment, but I wonder what happens to all the left-over washing up liquid, gas lighters, cooking oil etc that you have to buy to make it livable? Several miles to nearest supermarket, beach and restaurants, but there is a free shuttle in the day. We found the on-site restaurant expensive and abysmal. You'll need to hire a car for sightseeing, but to see Palermo leave it at San Nicola station and take the train, which is fast and cheap: you get the tickets at the bar in town. Overall it was a good value base for seeing Northern Sicily and that is exactly what we wanted.
“Excellent value for money”
Huge apartment - fully equipped kitchen, reception staff very helpful and friendly.swimming pool massive - some hotel facilities not open as late season. hotel fairly remote and up a hill,so hire a car. thoroughly exceeded our expectations. would not recommend for teenagers or those who like a good nighlife as there wasnt any, but ideal for a relaxing break and a goodbase for visitng the sights.
“excellent hotel - résidence en Sicile”
Très bel ensemble résidentiel.Grands appartements spacieux et confortables. Belle piscine ( 8 couloirs )etat impeccable . Vue magnifique. Que du bonheur !!
“What it says on the tin.”
The hotel is clean and pretty quiet. The staff was very helpful after the airline lost my bag for my entire holidays, calling the airport for updates on a regular basis. We got the self catering apartment and it is what is says on the tin...they won't come around to clean or change anything but you can ask for things at reception and it gets done. The flat didn't have a phone so you got to go down to reception if you need anything.
“First time in Sicily”
First impressions, on arrival were excellent, the reception staff welcoming. During the course of the week was had to keep asking for further basic information regarding services and facilities which we thought could have been explained to us on arrival. The hotel caters for a number of tour operators but it seems that these were mainly Dutch,German and Danish. There were no English "travel information" folders so it was a voyage of discovery. The swimming pool was "Huge!", 100mtrs long and 8 wide lanes, professional swimming. The facilities on poolside were good so making the visit to the sea/beach less inviting. Self catering apartment was massive (sleeps 6), airy and cool, kitchen was not as fully equiped as expected, do not forget to have matches! These were none existent at 8pm and the bar could/would not assist? Metal frame bedstead, very creaky, with every move made. Upstairs as well!! Facilities such as television/telephone/cassette player are not in the self catering apartments.
“Lieu de séjour très agréable pour découvrir la Sicile”
Le cadre est superbe (très joli parc , grande piscine que nous n'avons pas testée..),à 30mn de palerme ou Céfalu. Nous ne pouvons rien dire sur l'hôtel en particulier(confort et tranquillité des chambres, qualité des repas...) puisque nous avions loué un appartement qui nous garantissait une totale indépendance. Nous y avons séjourné en avril, peu de voisins et pas d'animations, tranquillité et calme absolus.. Nous avons bénéficié d'un spacieux appartement de trois pièces, avec une terrasse ensoleillée dominant la mer,très en retrait du centre du complexe(réception, piscine..) et donc très calme.L'appartement était confortable, propre et (à part le lit!) en bon état.Nettoyage et linge changé dans la semaine.Seul bémol peut-être pour certains:la cuisine équipée d'un frigidaire et d'un four mais plus que limitée côté accessoires et vaisselle (assiettes, verres, tasses et couverts mais pas la moindre casserole ou poêle, obtenues ceci dit le 5ème jour).Un détail tant se nourrir simplement en Sicile est facile et plutôt bon marché. En conclusion, ravis par la formule appartement,excellent rapport qualité-prix pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la Sicile à leur rythme, sans aucune contrainte.

Bon hotel mais voiture de location plus que recommandé vu sa situation. Pas de belle plage de sable à proximité. Celle de Cefalu est la plus proche.
