“clos des tourrettes”

très bon hotel. Tout était propre lors de notre arrivée. il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine. les 2 piscines sont bien agréables pour se détendre. Le personnel a été très disponible. Je recommande.

“Beautiful country side place”

It was strange that when we went into the house,there were no towels and sheets...,I went back to the reception to tell the lady about this,and she said that we had to carry our own ones....that surprised me a lot,then she said if we don't have our ones we can rent from them! Beside this witch probably was written somewhere and I miss to reed,everything else was great!

“résidence de vacance et non un hotel”

reservation faite pour un séjour de 7 jours , le clos des tourettes n'est pas un hotel ,mais une résidence de vacances. donc obliger de faire le ménage sinon 40€ . De plus les draps et serviettes de toilette anoncés a 10€ par éxpédia ,sont facturé 28€ à l'arrivée(nous n'avons payé que 10€) , plus 35€ de chauffage . Sur le déscriptif c'est, chambre équipée de tv et internet wifi en fait la wifi ne fonctionne pas donc pas d'internet et la tv c'est 30€ en plus . pour une location d'été c'est pas mal ,mais rien à voir avec un service hôtelier la proproté laisse à désirer ,couvre lit sale et canapé plein de taches
