"We had 8 of us in this wonderful house. The outside spaces are perfect for gatherings and everything was well appointed. The hosts are very charming and they thoughtfully dropped off wine glasses for us after I mentioned not having any. They went above and beyond- highly recommend!"

"The property was very clean nicely appointed, it had everything we needed including a nice selection of coffees tea and creamers which we really appreciate! The beds were amazingly comfortable and the area was so quiet we got excellent sleep at night. The hosts were lovely people we enjoyed getting to know them. "Our family wanted an elevated stay-cation experience and we found everything we were hoping for and more with this amazing property. We enjoyed our sunset walk along the lake, relaxed in the hot tub, and had an air-hockey tournament. We felt completely tucked away from it all while still being close to the grocery stores and ice cream parlor. We even made the short drive to Fort Worth to do a college campus tour and see the stock yards. Our host had everything labeled in the house and gave us easy instructions which made it simple to cook and enjoy everything the property had to offer."

"Terrible! Upon arrival we discovered that a very large aquarium (at least 200 gallons) that is in the wall of one of the rooms had leaked. There was one inch of water left and several fish flopping around inside. It was a sad sight! And the hardwood floor was buckled beyond belief. It was in huge waves. The water from the aquarium was clearly underneath the floor. The property manager admitted to my husband that this damage occured three weeks prior and yet they never informed us about it. We were VERY concerned about mold. The property manager claimed he had a contactor out to fix the leak and ensure no mold. However, he would never provide us proof of that. And there was no way the floor had been taken up and checked. It would never have been able to be put back in the warped condition that it was. Our experience was a nightmare. We felt unsafe the whole time and yet we had no where else to be able to go since we knew nothing about this until we arrived and had already paid for it and the PM would not give us a refund. "
