“Super bon customer service”

J'ai trouvé le personnel très accueillant et très professionnel expliquant le fonctionnement de l'établissement, le wifi, recommandant des bons restaurants pour diner et accompagnant les clients jusqu'à l’ascenseur. Je n'ai pas senti d'empressement de leur part et ils ont été très souriant tout au long de mon séjour.

“Pas pour les "Single"”

La chambre "single" m'a rappelé ma cellule d'internat tant elle était étroite : je ne comprends pas comment il est possible d'obtenir un label 3 étoiles avec une surface pareille ! Et en plus l'hotel était très peu occupé et on ne m'a même pas fait bénéficier d'un surclassement. Le salon, la décoration des salons est très agréable, la cour aussi. C'est bien dommage !
