“Excellent établissement”

Très bien placé, sur la place du Capitole, cet hôtel est idéal pour un séjour à Toulouse. Accueil, propreté, calme, tout est parfait. Penser néanmoins à vérifier la clim de la chambre, parfois surchauffée, et éviter le petit déjeuner qui, bien qu'excellent, ne justifie pas son prix. Je me suis aussi étonnée qu'on me réclame à la sortie la taxe hôtelière, déjà réglée avec al réservation Expédia (2 euros et des brouettes, mais sur le principe, ce n'est pas bien!). Eviter aussi le service parking (plus cher qu'en allant se garer tout seul au parking public tout proche)

Le service, la chambre, les environs de l'hôtel, tout était magnifique. En plein centre ville. Le prix du petit déjeuner est un peu exagéré mais il y a plein de restos et cafés aux alentour que ce n'est pas nécessaire de le prend à l'hôtel.

“Hotel Crow Plaza Toulouse : Au coeur de la Ville”

Hotel irréprochable, bon accueil, petit déjeuner pantagruélique, au coeur de Toulouse, sur la page du capitole. Le seul souci : l'accès si vous vous y rendez en voiture car le trajet dans les petites rues à sens unique sont rapidement un casse tête... Il faut surtout chercher le parking de la place du capitole.

“Luxurious and perfectly located”

The hotel is ideally located in the impressive Place du Capitole. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
