Dump. Enjoy cheap furniture but tired of the smooth look of laminate? No problem! Everything is beyond chipped and falling apart! You love patio chairs for a desk chair? Perfect fit! They offer 8 oz plastic chairs that come with a drainage hole in the seat in case it rains inside! Don’t like eating or drinking on Saturdays? A great place to begin a diet because everything is closed! You say you love the look of plastic thats so old it’s turned yellow? This is your place! Do you adore that plush feeling underfoot? Great news! They have indoor/outdoor carpeting in your bedroom! Tired of that pesky chambermaid cleaning the place? Super! They provide you with your very own toilet brush and sponges! (No cleanser necessary!) Who doesn’t love a fresh cup of coffee in the morning? Well you’re in luck! They have a coffee maker right in your room. (Unfortunately, no coffee or filters available and good luck finding a grocery market.) The balcony really was nice, you can hear all the fun industrial sounds of factories all day and night! Don’t try calling the front desk because there’s no phone or USB station to charge your devices. Have a super stay!

The hotel itself is clean and there are great food options inside the building. The reasons for the poor rating are regarding the comfort. The beds were hard as a rock and you only had one flimsy pillow. The rooms were very hot and we had a hard time sleeping because of it. Lastly, when we entered the apartment there was a very strong odor of cheese in the room. We had to open all windows to make it go away

Unpleasant staff. Our request to prepare the room with a baby bed was not fulfilled despite calling twice in advance asking for this. We arrived late (after 23:00) with a small baby. We had to wait 15 minutes in line to be served and then were requested to settle all bills in advance at almost midnight, despite leaving a card for deposit. The rooms were dark and outdated. Not a good stay!

Advertised as close to the airport but actually some distance. No shuttle service and 30 Euros taxi each way made it less economical than other choices. Otherwise a nice, clean place, with a good dining facility.

The microwave in the room was a welcome surprise and the breakfast was lovely. I appreciated that the hotel had sent through details of a taxi company to use to/ from the airport and to get around during my stay.

I liked having a full restaurant, bar and laundry room available. I didn't like the connected light switches. If you switch more than one on another turns off. Good idea, but it's bad when i want to switch them all off and that causes others to turn on and i end up playing a switch game right before bed.I didn't like the open shower with the chair. I'm accustomed to either a bath or at least a segregated shower area. I didn't like all the mosquitos in the building and in my room. I woke up with bug bites every night. Bad Wi-Fi connection didn't reach the 5th floor and when i asked about it i just a got shrug. Bad communication, i asked for an additional night when i first arrived, was told "ok" and on the second night i get an email being told my things would be at reception because i had to check out. I told the receptionist what happened and she still acted like it was my fault.

A Youth-Hostel
It is like a better Youth-Hostel. Spacious room, but IKEA -like furniture, no water pressure in the shower, room to the street is loud and not noise protected, completely unorganized and overcrowded breakfast buffet with limited choice. Pros: Staff is friendly, TLS airport is nearby.

There was considerable building work going on in the main building. Restaurant was closed whenever we needed it. Fitness room was a converted bedroom. My room was in a different building 100m away, a walk across a grassy space. Room was fine once I got there

Perfect location for our short stay.
Very well appointed apartment. Modern and very clean. Good restaurant & very helpful & friendly staff. Close to autoroute connection and also easy to get into central Toulouse. 10 mins from airport but no noise from aircraft. Excellent for a short stay in this lovely city in France.

This hotel was beautiful! The best place we stayed at in France among 3 total hotels. The only thing we didn't like about it was the market. You're able to buy food, snacks and drinks at the market through the restaurant at the property. We went to it about 4 times and each time had to wait a very long time to be helped (up to 10 minutes without even being acknowledged). The last 3 times we finally would just go to reception to ask them to help and they'd direct us to the restaurant, but we'd share they weren't helping us so they just would. It was annoying and we felt like we were getting in the way. There also aren't any restaurants or stores within walking distance so you basically have to buy from there if you don't want to have to drive around.

HORRIBLE!
The single worst experience we have ever had at a hotel and we travel to Europe every year. First, our key did not work. Back down for a new key. It worked BUT SOMEONE WAS ALREADY IN THE ROOM! We walked in to find a husband & wife in their bed! NO APOLOGY from the reception desk. In fact, they did not believe us! They called their room at 11:30 at night to make sure. Then they stuck us in a room with chipped and worn-out furniture, no air conditioning in the bedroom, no towels, a broken TV and no wifi. The Manager told us there was nothing she could do for us -- not even an apology, as it turns out. We would have to try and get any sort of refund (or apology) from Expedia. Believe me, we will demand a refund.

Not quite what we expected
Hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Was more like a flat than a Hotel. We had a room out with the main building. Small, but clean.

Disappointing
Really average hotel in Toulouse. The breakfast was expensive and yet terrible. The staff was nice though. But for the price I paid I will go to the Courtyard next time.

The hotel location was located at industrial area, safe and quiet, parking is free ,the rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, the sofa bed was comfortable too. The front desk receptionist speak English and friendly .

Not really a hotel - its a service apartment
Its basically a service apartment with basic kitchenette capabilities. Close to bus stop. No metro lines nearby. Have to take a bus to Arenes to get hold of metro. The restaurant inside is good with some good quality food. No room service. If you need something (eg bottle opener in my case) the reception/room service didnt bring it in the room. I had to go to the bar to get the bottle opened up. Overall its ok. Just have the right expectations. You will be fine here.

Very big room more like an appartment, great rate with a great restaurant in the hotel. Added bonus of free parking, very good

Uncoordinated staff
Overall not too bad, was disappointed to receive an email saying I had not paid a bar bill which I clearly had, I sent them an email with relevant photos of receipts and asked for a reply to confirm this, I never got the courtesy of a reply.
