Great place for the price and a nice central location. The lounge and cafe service needs improvement.

We had no issue but the service level was average in the same class hotels. There was no continetal breakfast although it was described as hotel amenities.

“It's just OK...”

Hotel is OK, think they need to have some maintenance in the bathroom... Bathroom kinda old and the shower head looks like going to be fall off any minute.

“Great hotel in a small town”

It was a great place to stay and stay was convenient. They provide shuttle services to wherever you want to go. They also help you make other travel arrangements. It would be better if their rate included breakdfast and also free internet access at their business center.

“Good, solid hotel”

Nice standard hotel, but better than I expected for Holiday Inn. If you don't want to pay for the fancy bells and whistles this is the place to stay. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Towels clean and not like they are 100 years old. Checked to be sure no bed bugs. None found. Even somewhat updated decor. All that put together made for a very pleasant experience. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. One small complaint is that we had to pay to get our boarding passes printed out.

“"Convenient Location"”

The staff were very helpful although the hotel was filled with guests. The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway and a mall which made for easy access. Guest services responded quickly to our needs and brunch was delicious. Great amenities as well.

“nice location if you have a car”

Was warmly welcomed at the front desk. 40 minutes drive to Disneyland and Universal Studio.

“Did not like there...”

The hotel is located in the quite place far from freeways but convenient for driving. There are two things that I was not satisfied with, restaurant and appliances in rooms. Restaurant is very expensive but looks really weird and the food is not best. The rooms look clean and bathrooms are big enough. However there is no microwave in room, TV is pretty old, and wireless internet is not working properly (which was huge problem for me because I had some stuff to do). Overall is a nice hotel if you do not want to do anything there just sleep.

“Best in the neighborhood”

We were visiting our son who lives in Redondo Beach and on our way to Huntington Beach for a wedding. A little far from Redondo, but a good location for traveling further South. Excellent hotel, but not much around it if you are a walker.
