We stayed at The Extended Stay between early flight and cruise. It was conveniently located to get the supplies we forgot/couldn’t get through customs. The local restaurant were amazing and the staff was eager to make sure we found our way to good food (especially the Hawaiian restaurant).

Toilet was dirty, woman’s tampons in the bathroom, small cockroaches everywhere, place was dirty. Worst experience ever. I needed to stay in LA for 4 more nights and decided to find another hotel.

The worst.
It was terribly in every way. I requested a late check out and the staff kept knocking on the door. They do not have do not disturb signs and the staff member markass was so very rude.

I stayed 2 days but the didn’t clean my room. I came like 4:00 PM and my bed was undone, in a few words they didn’t clean my room and the worst thing they have cockroaches!!!!! I will never stay there again!!!
