My rooms window looked into the breakfast room, it didn’t feel private. There was people talking on the phone in the hallways and I could hear them in my room. My door didn’t feel secure, there wasn’t a second lock and you could see into the room through the cracks of the door when closed.

The stay was not that good. Housekeeping keeps on knocking even if we out dnd. We were sleeping and all of a sudden fire routine Check up started and the alarm kept on beeping for two hours. It was so frustrating.

The floors were dirty and had garbage under the furniture. There’s no conditioner, just shampoo. There’s damage to the bathroom door and a few things here and there that need updating. Loved the spaciousness of the room and the fact that there’s a dining table in the room. The jacuzzi was amazing and very spacious.

Great customer service, excellent water pressure,clean. Regrettably the walls are very thin and it gets very noisy very fast. (Bring noise cancelling headphones and this place is perfect).

Cheapest price for a basic room near the airport/casino. You get what you pay for. Didn’t know they only accepted credit during check in and the staff member was quiet and waited 10 minutes to tell us they could also take cash (when Expedia’s website clearly states they dont accept cash). Our room had a king size bed but the sheet were stained and had someone else’s hair in the bed... Window overlooked the breakfast dining area. Air conditioning unit DID NOT WORK (and we had no window to open to get fresh air..) Kids running and screaming up and down the halls at all hours. Convenient place to crash for the night. Looks fancy on the outside but don’t let that deceive you. Would rather have spent an extra $50/night to stay at the Comfort Inn almost next door.

I have stayed in a lot of not so great hotels, but have never left a bad review. In the case of this hotel, I feel that my friends who booked here might have benefited from an honest review, so hopefully this review will help others. I get that some hotels in the GTA are hosting asylum seekers, but if I am paying for my room, I expect a clean room with decent service, and I got neither for my atay. The room was dirty to the point we did our own cleaning. Why would we do that? Well, the clerk on duty didn't seem to know anything and the amount of security and wandering people in the halls told us to just get on with it. Service continued to be indifferent and unfriendly, right until checkout, with the exception of a nice lady in the breakfast nook. That said, we skipped breakfast due to the impression of lack of cleanliness we got from our room, and the fact that they didn't have regular coffee.
