“Better than I expected”

staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and had more than we expected for the price. Our beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good we are going to return and so are our friends.

“It was a ok experience”

For the price i paid i think it was fair ......service was ok.......the only thing i didn't like about the hotel is the bedding ....... those beds are way too hard to sleep on it

“Short Stay”

The Park Inn is a hotel that is on outskirts of Toronto and is convenient to the airport but not to downtown. It is in sort of an industrial park area but there are a lot of restaurants and a horsetrack/casino and a shopping mall nearby. The hotel was a great value as the rate was extremely low yet the hotel had a luxury ambiance to it (lots of marble and nice wood in rooms). The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent and had good variety. The staff were couteous and accomodating. I would highly recommend this hotel for the price but I was disappointed it was so far from town.

Area recommendations

Downtown underground Toronto is the best place to go. You can shop and tour without ever coming up to street level. You can take subway in as parking is hard to find or expensive. Also , as with any big city , traffic is horrible at all times of day.

“Park Inn in Toronto”

We stayed here for one night last week with our three young children. Our only real issues with this hotel were that one of the beds was so loud that we couldn't get in or out without it making a very loud noise (a problem when you are trying to not wake little people up!) The other bed was fine, so we switched one of our sleeping kids to the noisy bed. Secondly, and this wasn't a huge issue, but worth noting, there is no lobby area in this hotel. There is a couch by the registration desk (right by the door to the outside), but that's it, so if you're like us and like to sit in the lobby while the little ones fall asleep...don't expect to be able to do that here.

“Decent for the price”

The stay was fine. Surprised at this price that it was so nice, even if the building is a bit older. The taxi that called for me was way late.

“Nice stay there.”

Overall, the stay itself was very nice. The room was nice and clean. However, there were wedding parties happening at the ballroom adjacent to the hotel building on saturday and sunday during our stay and fully occupied the parking spaces. Not happy with the parking arrangement neglecting the people staying at the hotel.
