“Satisfied customer”

Stayed at Westin Harbour Castle to attend the Creativ Festival in October. Hotel is close to the Metro Convention Centre. Had never stayed in Toronto near the waterfront before. Would stay again in the waterfront area, and at this hotel Easy to get around the city with use of subway, streetcars and if necessary taxi cabs. Most people were helpful if you needed directions. The bellhops at this hotel were very helpful in helping you manage with luggage etc.

“Terrific Hotel”

Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Hotel has an excellent location close to most major attractions such as Air Canada Centre, C N Tower, Skydome and terrific shopping facilities. Beautiful Parks nearby for walking and jogging. Room rates were more than fair.

“Best Place to Stay in Toronto!”

The Hotel was gorgeous. The staff was courteous. The location was absolutely perfect; close to the restaurants, clubs, concert/sport venues, china town, little italy, and the wonderful Toronto Island Ferry.

Westin Harbour Castle Toronto was well worth the extra money.

“Great Hotel and perfect location”

This hotel is very clean and it has a great workout facility and very fast elevators to get up and down quickly. The location is perfect to get around to different areas of the city by catching public transit. Only bad part was the amount of valet parking.

“It was a wonderful experience.”

When I booked the room it was cheaper to book at room looking over the lake then up at the city, however we wanted to city view. When we arrived we asked about this and we were given a room with a view of both!! The the lady at the front desk even called our room once we were in it to make sure we were satisfied with the view! It was wonderful.

This hotel chain has never let me down. I have been to one in Denver, Boston and now Toronto. The beds are amazing!

“My third trip to Toronto”

As the title of this review would suggest, this was my third trip to Toronto and every time I have gone I have stayed at different hotels. Being a Westin, I was expecting something nice from the start and I was not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained and conveniently located near public transit and Lake Ontario. The nice little park right next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise and made for a perfect place to hang out for a while as we were winding down from a day of touristy goodness. The staff at the Harbour Castle were very accomodating to our special requests and everyone was very friendly. On a side note, the room service was relatively expensive, even by room service standards but the club sandwich I ordered and the mini-burgers my husband ordered were gloriously tasty and a good amount of food for the price. Of all three hotels that I have stayed at during my time in the GTA, I would be most inclined to return to this one.

Very well located, can walk to most of Toronto attractions. Can not think of any negatives except free Wi Fi would be nice.
