Property Amenities
A glassed-in walkway connects this waterfront Toronto hotel to its own conference center. A lower level business center provides separate work cubicles with desks, computers, printers, and high-speed Internet access (surcharge). Twenty-seven rooms of meeting space can accommodate 10-3,500 people.
The Votre Beauté Spa offers massage therapy, hydrotherapy, facials, nailcare, and haircare. The Westin Workout fitness center has saunas, steam rooms, spa tub, and an indoor pool; equipment includes treadmlls, exercycles, and free weights. Squash courts and an outdoor tennis court are also available (surcharges for equipment).
Pets sleep in Heavenly Dog Beds, under their own duvets.

Westin Harbour Castle's guestrooms offer views are of the busy Toronto lakefront to the south or the city to the north.
Highlights include Westin Heavenly Beds with custom-designed pillowtop mattresses, all-white bedding, triple sheeting, down duvets, and five goose down pillows.
The Heavenly Bath consists of a dual showerhead with multiple spray options; curved shower rod for extra room; white-on-white shower curtain; velour, waffle-weave bathrobes; oversized Brazilian combed-cotton bath towels; and signature spa-style toiletries.
Marble-topped desks have multi-line phones and rooms have both wireless and wired Internet access (surcharge). A refreshment center is provided.

Dining
Toula - Open for lunch and dinner, this room on top of the south tower offers diners views of the lakefront and Toronto Islands. Italian regional cuisine and an extensive wine list. Dress code. Ages 19 and older only.
Mizzen - The main floor dining room is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Creative bistro fare such as wood-roasted cherry snapper; rosemary and sea salt roasted chicken; and tomato, leek, and smoked red pepper tart.
Chartroom Bar and Lounge - The casual lobby bar serves light lunches, dinners, and drinks. Selections include wild and domestic mushroom pizza, crab and corn chowder, and bento box sushi samplers that can be followed by warm apple crumble or a warm baked chocolate crackle.
Coffee Bar - Coffees, teas, espresso drinks, and some pastries are served from this bar tucked away in the lobby.
Recreation
This Toronto hotel's 13-meter (45-square-foot), glass walled pool overlooks the lakefront from the fifth floor, and has poolside loungers and a spa tub. An adjoining fitness center has women's and men's saunas and steam rooms, as well as free weights, elliptical trainers, Universal gym, treadmills, TVs, and water coolers. Guests may use the outdoor tennis court in good weather or enjoy the two squash courts (surcharges for equipment).
Walking, jogging, and biking trails, located right outside the hotel, continue along the waterfront. The hotel offers summer outdoor activities as well as yoga classes, and seasonal entertainment for children in the activity centre.

“Excellent Choice”
Exceptionally prompt and courteous service. Impeccable room with fabulous view. Large and bed linens outstanding. I was surprised at such personalized attention in this large hotel.

“Westin Harbour AWESOME!”
I really enjoyed this hotel it is so amazing and the resturant on the 38th floor was a sight to remember. The staff was great right from the Valet Parking to the woman at the desk ask if we wanted a dog bed for our Dog Lexus. Very satisfied and wil eturn a few more times this year!
“Toronto's Best Hotel”
People are really helpful and nice. The only thing I had to do so I could use the mini-bar was to put a deposit of $300 cdn. before I could have the key to the mini-fridge. They have chips and candy bars in the room, but it was cheaper to go buy them from the store down the street. The hotel had great beds, Had a good sleeep. The pool is very nice and the bonus was they had life jackets for my son who can't swim. The food tasted great for room service, just remember that the charge the gatuite on to your bill. No need to tip the food servers. The hotel was real close to all the Toronto Maple Leafs games and other events. Looking to go back!!!
“Great place to stay but not for the handicapped, elderly or those with walking problems”
Excellent location for what we wanted to do and see. View was fantastic as we could see both the lake and CN Tower from our room. Our refrigerator wasn't cold so we never used it. We couldn't find an easy access to the hotel from the street level. Always had to walk up many steps, so not handicap accessible. Even had to haul up heavy luggage when we arrived. Found a phone for assistance, but that was after we were half way up the steps. We even saw a man in a wheelchair, struggling to roll himself UP the long driveway to get to the entrance of the hotel. If there was another entrance, they didn't tell us about it because I inquired.
“The best stay I've had in years. Fantastic”
This place is exceptional. Beautiful, well organized, incredibly accommodating. I arrived in Toronto very early and came to the hotel in the morning on the off chance they could check me in. They did, to a beautiful room where I enjoyed excellent service. Restaurant is great too. If you're going to be in Toronto, definitely stay here.
“Great Hotel ,Great location and a Great View”
This is the 6th time we have stayed in the Westin Harbour Castle. It has been a couple of years since our last stay and we were not disipointed. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
“Great location”
Except for the fact that self-park was not on the property (block and a half away...so I opted for the valet parking for an extra $15) my first visit to the Westin was fantastic!! For the rate I got off of Expedia.ca I was MORE than satisfied with the location (very close to the ACC) and the service I received was what you should expect from this type of hotel. The room we received had a beautiful view of the lake and the CN Tower, the attendant at the pool was so accomodating (insisting we each take towels and a robe, of which I accepted for my companion only but found one one for me on the bench after exiting the pool. Nice touch.), and finally the valet attendants were so personable, talking hockey with me until I drove away. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!
