“Not really impressed...”

Sad to say I was not impressed with this place. First of all, this place imposes a incidental fee that you must pay on top of the room rate. Okay I did not mind paying that. Second, upon going down the hallways, there is a strong aroma of bug spray which I found very awful to smell. The room's toilet was blocked and even though room service came everyday, it was only cleared on the 3rd day, the last day of my stay. When checking out the hotel staffer wasn't really interested in returning the deposit I left earlier. I had to wait almost half an hour for it because the staffer (no trainee badge) claimed she did not know about this fee whatsoever! Finally, the hotel is far away from the nearest bus stop so it is not transit friendly. I was not really impressed with this hotel and I will not go back.

I have no complaints about this hotel, it was good and the workers were polite and friendly. They have everything you'd expect to see in a standard hotel.

they tell you ts a few minutes from downtown toronto, but once you get there you'll find out ts not that simple to find you way from the area your staying in.

“Good stay at a good price”

Not a bad stay. Hotel had good ammenities. Friendly staff. I thought my room was a little cold. Cleaning service fogot to clean my room 2 of the days during my 2 week stay. Microwave is located on the lobby floor. Overall, for the price I paid, the stay was very good and I enjoyed it.

“Not bad but not imressive”

One of the rooms we had has no fridge and when we asked the front office girl to change the room she said that they are not obligated to put a fridge on each room.

“Fairly average”

This is a Travelodge and, as such, I didn't expect luxury. The room was comfortable and clean, though the aircon was extremely noisy. The shower worked fine, though it had seen better days. there was nowhere to put soaps or shower gels (though, I suppose you could hang shower gels on the curtain rail - not ideal). The attached reataurant was very good - the staff were very attentive and the food was all freshly prepared and very tasty.

“Not impressed”

Everything in the room itself was fine and to our satisfaction. The only thing that didn't impress us was that there were a bunch of kids running around in the hallways screaming and fooling around in the elevator and with the ice machine (which were right beside our room).We called the desk and told them but an hour later, the kids were still running around.
