“needs major reno.”

price was cheap but carpets were filthy-elevators were dirty and bathroom needs to be re-done.

“Hopefully won't have to stay there ever again!!!”

Customer service was not their forte. Didn't want to check me in cause I was an hour early. The room was empty. Air conditioning wasn't working. Checkout was a problem cause apparently you have to be standing directly in front of there computer and not of to the right do so. So he gave me crap over that. Overall I would say only one guy was nice in his demeanor and actually knew what his job entailed. The rest were rude and snarly. Didn't set a good impression for me and the want to go back now or anytime in the future.

Area recommendations

I went to a concert at Downsview Park and thus was my only reason to get a motel in this area. NOT a pleasant area if you are visiting. High crime rate.

“Cheap, no-frills”

Got to the hotel late at night after my flight, and with my luggage set to arrive the next day. Asked the hotel clerk to have the front desk call me in the room in the event that the luggage arrived. Hotel clerk refused, 3 times, with no explanation. The other hotel clerks were fine, but the one on the late shift just didn't want to be there.

“Poor cleanlness, pet allowed in room and it shows”

Mainly disappointed with cleanliness of room. Rug smells from the presence of previous animals in the room. No bugs though. People at the front desk did the minimal to help us Great location foe people interested in the tennis Tournament of Toronto

“Don't stay at a smoker's room”

The hotel is bad located in terms of turistic traveling in the city. To arrive to Union Station will take you 1.5 hours by public transportation! It is only recommended if you're going for business or whatever in the North York area. The hotel won't give more than expected, except a terrible headache if you dare to stay in a smoker's room! Even if you are a smoker, please don't stay there! is impossible to sleep with the smell and you'll find cigarette burns all over the place! (mainly in the carpet). The area is very quiet, that's nice, and the people attending the hotel were very kind.

“One Of The Worst Hotels Every”

“Good stay at a good price”

Not a bad stay. Hotel had good ammenities. Friendly staff. I thought my room was a little cold. Cleaning service fogot to clean my room 2 of the days during my 2 week stay. Microwave is located on the lobby floor. Overall, for the price I paid, the stay was very good and I enjoyed it.

“Not that close to downtown toronto”

they tell you ts a few minutes from downtown toronto, but once you get there you'll find out ts not that simple to find you way from the area your staying in.

“Great place to Stay”

The front desk staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and liked that it was open until 11pm. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
