“Good Value for cost”

The room was fine, clean and neat, Facilities were fine. Breakfast was good and well presented. Only complaints are no decaf coffee available for rooms and the exhaust fan in our bathroom was not working. We informed the staff about the fan.

“GOOD FOR THE RATE”

Hotel good for the rate. Nothing excellent to say, but nothing bad to say either. Overall its OKAY.

“Quite comfortable”

Hotel is conveniently located to public transportation and is right off the main highway. Rooms are pretty comfortable too. Complimentary breakfast an added bonus

“Cheap in every respect”

Booked 4 rooms to be close to a funeral for the next day, rooms were dirty, tiles falling off the walls. Suspicious stains on all vertical and horizontal surfaces and a breakfast room inhabited by unfed vultures brought by bus. No food to be found...

“Can't wait to return”

Hotel room was very clean, but the bathroom was small and needs updating. The clerk at the Front Desk was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay overnight.

Area recommendations
I met the new love of my life in Toronto and he knew the area. The hotel clerk recommend a very nice place to eat down the road for dinner. She was right too.

“Accommodating staff”

Used expedia to book our stay and didn't notice that the only rooms available were for smokers. We got one that was really stenched so I asked for an upgrade to a non-smoking and was told by the front desk clerk there was none available. Then I spoke with the Chinese supervisor who found a non-smoking room and willingly gave it to us. My thanks and appreciation to him. Expedia should show the "smoking/non-smoking" room descriptions in bigger and bolder fonts so families don't have to suffer egregiously due to inconspicuous labels.

“This hotel seriously need an upgrade”

Very nice neighborhood, easy access to highway 401, good location, but the hotel need an upgrade. The breakfast serving was really "cheap" with watered down milk for cereal. The room has an overpowering smell you cannot get used to, could be the old carpet or leftovers from smokers. There was a sense of efforts to cut costs by the reducing the quality of service. Will definitely not be back!

“Nice room but not so close to Toronto Cenre.”

The room was clean. You could tell something had happened in the bathroom that had to be repaired. The repair was better than the rest of the bathroom which was due for some new croute but other than that it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Their motto of nice rooms and great staff is bang on and completely honest. :) This hotel is NOT near the Tronoto Centre but it wasn't so far away (20-30 minutes) so it was affordable. Also, I picked it because it had free parking (some hotels charge up to $12/per night) and a wonderful inside pool! The staff was all nice and knowledgeable. Thanks! Oh, and Peter Gabriel was so worth it....

Area recommendations
Shoeless Joes restaurant in the building and we got a 15% off coupon which we used and enjoyed. Also ate at Markham Station, highly recommend.
