“Great Stay”

Very clean and comfortable. Free bottles of spring water for Starwood Preferred Guests. Bath robes in room. Wall mounted, flat screen TV. Enjoyed our stay very much.

“Most Comfortable Beds Ever”

This was my second stay at the Westin Bristol Place Hotel in Toronto, and it continues to impress. I was in a Starwood Preferred Guest room (as long as you have Starwood points, you should get one of these rooms) which meant I was higher up in the hotel. The view was as good as can be in Toronto (skyscrapers, etc) but being higher up didn't really change anything. The only real differnece we found between the "Preferred Guest" room and a regular room was that the bottles of water were complimentary. The real reason my wife and I love the Westin Bristol Place though is the bed. All of the rooms have Westin's "Heavenly Bed" and they are indeed truly heavenly. These are easily the most comfortable beds either of us have ever had in a hotel, and they're always amazingly clean (my wife is paranoid, so she always checks when we get to a room). Overall, I'd recommend anyone visiting Toronto to stay here, even if it's a bit out of the way. Even if the prices went up, it would still be a great value.

I was only here for 1 night but it was wonderful! Very comfortable and clean with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.

“Great hotel but I feel they have cut back in staff since the last visit.”

The room and service in the hotel was excellent. I was a little disappointed because the main dining room was closed. There was a very small private party and the rest of the dining room was not available. This was a Friday evening so very unexpected. I was looking forward to dinner because I had stayed there last year prior to a flight and had a marvelous meal. It was possible to eat in the bar area and we did. The menu seemed smaller than the dining room menu and the 2 bar staff were run off their feet serving everyone. When the meal came, it was very good and not a disappointment but the atmosphere and menu was not like eating in the dining room.

Very impressed with the overall room size, very comfortable and quiet (considering it's near the airport). The bed was awesome, one of the best showers we've ever had in a hotel.

“Great Atmosphere - Modern and Classy”

This hotel is very serene and classy. The service and staff are excellent. For a short stay with connecting flights the location is great. If you're wanting to see major attractions you may find it a little too far out. A Niagara Falls tour has a hotel pick up and that was very convenient. Very happy overall with the hotel.

“Great in every respect”

This hotel was a pleasant surprise on an airport strip of hotels. The "heavenly bed" was heavenly. The room was well appointed and very comfortable and the staff was professional and friendly. Great shuttle service to airport. Would stay here anytime.

“Great Hotel Great Price”

This hotel was basically the same price as a budget airport hotel but all the comforts of a Westin, incredible bedding, beautiful lobby, great lounge and restaurant.
